Target has always been our favorite store but this location really needs some work. The employees are very nice and helpful but parts of the store is very dirty. I would skip the restrooms at all costs because your liable to catch a sickness. The selection of items is really good and seems like the shelves are never empty. Price wise target is a little higher then Walmart. The parking lot needs to be be cleaned pretty badly. Generally the store's fine. Too often the pharmacy wait is too long and the pharmacist or techs seem like they could care less. There's an entire section of cash register lines but none of them are ever open only the self-checkouts. What a waste of space. The parking lot's what I want to address. They have cars just darting across the lot with such high speeds and total disregard for safety that many have had too many close calls. Since it seems the police generally don't have jurisdiction on private property, the onus is on the businesses there to handle it and we simply just don't see that happening. read more

Shopping here brings to mind that once famous slogan "get in get out get on with your life" (I know it didn't belong to Target, but hey it still works!). What I'm referring to is accessibility and it's the primary reason that this is my favorite location, otherwise, this particular Target isn't fundamentally different than any of the others in the area as far as the merchandise they carry or layout of the store. Being directly off I35E and Hebron pkwy facilitates getting to and from this shopping center without the burden of of too much congestion along the way. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about it's Flower Mound counterpart which is surrounded by numerous other shopping centers, and large intersections with traffic lights that take forever. The parking lot is expansive without the hindrance of excessive shrubbery or trees to maneuver around. And the ease of movement extends to the inside of the store as well. At any given time of the day it seems to be less crowded than other at locations. Anything beyond accessibility isn't factored into my rating because it's the only constant among too many variables to consider. Whether the experience is positive or negative can depend entirely on when you happen to be shopping. There are times when the produce is fresh, and other times when it's less so. The products you want may or may not be in stock. The employees you interact with could be cheerful and friendly or they could be tired and grumpy...and so on. read more

I go to the store every week with the most friendly employees helping me out. Especially in customer service but today there was a different person in customer service and he was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I asked him where the plan B was, and he proceeded to tell me off because I was giggling because I was embarrassed to have to ask somebody where the plan B was- especially a man, but he was so rude about it and assumed that I was joking. This is my local target and it usually does the job for me. However, I would like to ask, who is running this store. Your employees are so rude and doesn't want to do anything at all. I was at self check out and it said I need to log in and two employees were chitchating away and even saw I needed help and ingore me. Then a lady ( she had short black hair, in a bob cut shape) came in and yelled at me saying that I can't use that. Instead of login I had to walk to the other end of the store to the other self check outs because there was no register open. Who ever is running this target, either needs to do a better job or fired them and get someone new! I rather drive to a farther target then go to this one ever again! read more

My husband and I have come here for about a year, but we're getting tired of: A. The food items are constantly out of stock. We can no longer grocery shop here because of the lack of consistent inventory of grocery items. B. The store is always clean & bright. Today for some reason I couldn't find the marshmallows so I asked for help from Ana - she was so sweet! Today was her first day & she was patient and helped me find them. I come here for various things throughout the week - but I just wanted to say thank you to Ana & to the Target staff at this location. Each time I need assistance there is someone near & available to help me. The dollar spot is the cutest area they have random knick knacks that you really don't need but decide to purchase because they are so affordable. Haha. Parking is in abundance. This is hands down one of the most disgusting stores I have ever stepped in. I am thoroughly amused by the reviews claiming the store is "clean." What is your expectation of clean, exactly? Nothing is ever restocked. I will go in, and a week later, the same thing still isn't there. The shelves look identical to when I was in a week before. Came today to do some back to school shopping. I like this location because it is always well maintained, which I understand is very hard to do in a big box store. We found so many good things. Great place to shop. It is a little higher on prices but I have always found stuff of good quality. Good, especially for clothes and accessories. The staff is helpful although they seem to be short staffed, when I compare to Walmart where they have more presence of associates on the floor. There is a Starbucks inside, so that is helpful if you're planning for long hours inside the store. read more

This store is organized and well kept, unfortunately one bad apple can ruin the experience. While finishing my shopping for Shipt, the lady working the self checkout area was flat out rude. We made eye contact, I notified her I was with Shipt and had an order to process and she rudely said "you'll have to wait until I'm finished with what I am doing". She was wiping down a kiosk, and I was in no hurry. Next, she walked right passed me and into the main isle and told me I would have to walk over to her so she can scan the order (keep in mind I was right beside her when I approached self-checkout and she had her scanner in her pocket). Well, I did, she scanned my phone and walked back to the self-checkout kiosks. No need to be rude, but I would think management might want to put a friendly face in her place. read more

What a lovely Target. It's completely renovated and the bakery smells delicious. No longer is it that Target popcorn smell, its cakes and bread. Mmm. The selection of products is really good here and the prices are really reasonable. Make sure you use cartwheel for even more discounts. I love the self checkout lanes. That way I cam get in and get out quickly. It's a real time saver when I'm in a rush. The parking lot stinks on the weekend. I recently moved to Lewisville from downtown Dallas Victory Park to be exact. I loved be able to take a 4 minute walk to Tom Thumb (in bougieville) and find items I wanted and or needed. This Target is right up the road from me and I visit probably 3-4 times a week (or have groceries delivered). Their produce is subpar. The green leaf lettuce or I should say ALL their lettuce is TRASH. They lay that overpriced wilted OLD lettuce out there as if it's going to sell. The meat area is a JOKE in itself. I use to really enjoy buying from Target over going to Walmart but this store is sad. What really agitates me is the FACT that since living in Lewisville I've noticed the African American population is huge (way larger then where I resided before) yet they dont carry Collard Greens AT ALL!?!?! No roasted Turkey legs, No salt pork, no neck bones NOTHING I was able to buy living in BOUGIEVILLE Victory Park Dallas. How the heck do people season their food? Can't even make some of my favorite holiday traditional foods. This store needs to get it together smh... read more

Went to pick-up a cake we ordered for our daughter's bday. Got to the bakery and an "employee" literally threw her hands up and said I don't work in this department and walked off. While I was standing at the counter I saw another employee, Jaylen, stocking produce. He totally dropped everything he was doing to help get our order. There is definitely an employee shortage. A shortage of employees like Jaylen. That 1st employee either really didn't like their job or have no clue what "customer service" is. I enjoy this location. The employees I've met here are more than helpful and polite. Target's are always a step up from Walmart. Their stores cleaner, employees are nicer, and they always have more than one cashier available. Prices can be anywhere from a few cents to a few dollars more than Walmart for SOME items. However, I think when you consider your overall experience it's worth it. Another bonus unlike Walmart Targets have a Starbucks verse a McDonald's, which always wins in my book. This Super Target is the best! This location is so nice and clean compared to Walmart that's why I love going here more. They have everything like other Target grocery stores but more. Customer service here is the bomb. Staff members always take a good care of their customers. They always ask how you are and kindly help you to find things. This review is for the PHARMACY ONLY. I've never experienced such a rude pharmaisct in my life. I had called asking if they had a certain generic brand in stock. The employee said that he wasn't sure, that it was locked up. He said he was going to lunch and to call back in thirty minuetes and HUNG UP on me....really? I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and since this target is super close to where I live I called back a hour later. The same man answers the phone and says he's really busy, that he can't check, and that he's "sorry" and then HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I will for sure never be back. read more
