This is a high end resale shop without a doubt. Just about everything in here is high quality, name brand, barely used or never used furniture and home decor items. If you are in the market and wanting to make your home look like a model then start here. Some of the prices are a little higher than I would like to pay but there are options for how long the items stay in the store. For instance, the price drops significantly if the item is there for a month with no takers. But be aware, these are good pieces that don't stay long usually. I cannot wait to buy our future home and shop here. They also have multiple locations so one could make a week of it. Browse away! I sure did and made me a bookmark to come back!

I would not recommend these at all. We purchased a protection plan. Within the time frame of this protection plan our dog decided to pee on the couch. We called them to clean it and the tech brought a little green machine. Which I have. It didn't feel professional at all as I had already cleaned it with my machine prior. Don't buy their plans because they won't give you the service you pay for or protect your furniture. I also bought a dining room table. counter height with 6 chairs. the screws are constantly falling out and some of the wooden parts just completely fell off. We spent a lot of money on these pieces for them not to last. I would recommend going elsewhere.

At 2 pm, email stating delivery would be june 9. then told 10:30-1:30 window. morning of the 9th, time change. Delivery told us they said it was okay. We said no, send it back we want a new one. Okay, no problem. 2. Our new couch arrives, they deliver it and set up. When they leave we realize we're missing 2 pieces and we still have stains. Mind you, it's a white couch but categorized as "gray". 3. We call customer service and whomever we spoke to was so mean and unprofessional. We had our receipts in front of us showing that we had bought 8 pieces. On her end it didn't. She then said, "Well I don't know what you want me to do about it." 4. We gave up, drove to NFM and whomever the customer service representative there was, she was an absolute angel. She found out that not only did they forget 2 pieces, they also forgot to add the warranty we paid for. We told her about our stains and she gave us a voucher for in-store credit which was so kind of her. She was the most helpful out of everyone we spoke to. Whoever is wrapping up these couches either has very dirty hands or it's just not kept right in the warehouse. It's completely unacceptable when people are paying thousands for furniture.

Nowadays the atmosphere is much more subdued (pre-Covid as well as present time - so this observation is unrelated to the pandemic) And although the name is different it's basically the same store it's always been with the same layout and much of the same type of merchandise. It just lacks a certain something that once made it so special even though I can't quite put my finger on it. Perhaps the prices aren't quite as cheap as they once were and/or the selection has decreased. I have noticed that some of the shelves aren't as well stocked as they used to be, particularly in the seasonal department. I'm sure the popularity of online shopping is partially to blame for their issues. The retail location referred us to this outlet location, and we're very thankful they did. In fact, some of the same items we looked at that were 400$ at their retail location, were $180 at their Outlet store. This place is a bargain for high quality furniture. It's clear their stock changes regularly, so I highly recommend checking this place out on the regular. Interestingly enough, one of the new chairs we bought had a rental return that matched, so we got a matching pair of designer high quality chairs for a steal. Be sure to look at the entire store. The facility isn't as nice as the other one, with this one having more of a warehouse feel. I'm not even sure it's as big as the retail location, but you're not here for the facility anyway. You're here cuz you're going to save a fat stack on some furniture. Marco was really helpful and very knowledgeable about the furniture. He showed us everything and was very informative. Francisco was nice and friendly, and was even flexible when my wife demanded pillows that went with a different couch... even though we had already paid. Delivery was smooth. We actually purchased items at both locations, and the delivery company owner Alex picked up items from both stores to deliver them for us on one delivery, and for a bargain! Alex and his crew was very familiar with furniture delivery and all furniture was delivered without any marks on the new items or on the property. He was about 10 minutes early even. To top it off, I negotiated with Alex to move my existing furniture out of the way for the new furniture! I'm no Charlie Sheen, but 'Winning!'

When I was looking at two other stores in the DFW area, the SAME exact couch was priced at $60 more expensive and $500 more expensive. Yes, you can get the same couch here for $500 less than other stores in the DFW area. That's INSANE. They also have a clearance section in the back with returned furniture that is marked down to dirt cheap prices. I got a like new night stand for $35, an amazing bookshelf for $57 and a solid TV stand for $90. A new dresser here cost me $250, new kitchen table was $100 and as I said earlier my couch was $350. That's a total of $882 to furnish an entire apartment with high quality furniture. I have friends that have spent over three grand furnishing their place! The deliver service they utilize is a bit pricey ($85 flat rate) but it beats hiring movers. The guys working here are super friendly and don't try to push you into buying anything. This place is where you want to visit if you don't feel like spending a fortune on furniture but still want high quality stuff.
