I stumbled into contact with Lisa as she had a piece posted on Facebook that caught my eye. I messaged her and she responded almost immediately and did so with a few of the questions I had for her. BIG POINTS FOR RESPONSIVENESS!!!! A day later I drove to the store in Lewisville to look at the piece and was greeted by Lisa upon entering. What a delightfully friendly and helpful personality. A quick tour of the various rooms and I was encouraged to take my time and explore. Lisa has a great space, great merchandise and is immensely helpful in understanding the history and value of each item. After settling on my purchase (yes the original piece plus more), Lisa offered to help locate a delivery service. She immediately contacted three options and let me choose. Lisa is the best. Her variety of items keeps us coming back to shop. I recently bought a telescope tripod then went on line to get a new one to fit. We have bought glass from her and her helpers. I shop here and call it a hedge against inflation as many items are resealable at inflated prices in a while. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! Went there to pick up furniture for a client and noticed not all the items for the furniture pieces where there. I asked if she was sure everything was accounted for and she assured me she already had it all ready to go. I double checked the photo and sure enough all the glass shelves were missing. When I mentioned it all the sudden she remembers the shelves and says to just take the furniture and she doesn't know where they are. I tell Lisa I'm going to have to call the customer and when I reach for my phone she grabbed at my phone to which I just continued on my path to call and had to physically remove myself from the building to feel safe. The customer wanted to talk to her so I brought the phone in and put it on speaker phone because she just tried to grab my phone and she tried to take it again then said made excuse after excuse of why she didn't have the glass shelves then told the customer she thought I was on drugs and tried to degrade me while I'm doing my job ensuring the customer has all there items they paid for. Then all of the sudden when she realizes I'm not taking the furniture and the customer is upset over her actions she finally finds the glass shelves by another piece of furniture she was selling. MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS ACCOUNTED FOR AND BE PRESENT WHEN YOU HAVE MOVERS PICK UP ITEMS FROM THIS STORE OR ITS AFFILIATES. ""Her reply only deepens my distrust for this company to say I would take the time out of my day to write false reviews seems like a complete waste of my energy when I have so little to give wasteful things. I perform my best on my deliveries every time with care and satisfaction unlike this individual company go with another company and save yourself the hassle, stress and headaches. read more
