When fully reclined, you cannot even see the TV properly, which completely defeats the purpose of buying recliners for a home theater setup. On delivery, we were told that if anything was wrong, we had three days to call. We called within that period, exactly as instructed. Instead of trying to help, the representative basically told us it was our problem and that they would not refund or return the recliners. The attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unacceptable. I have bought many things from Ashley Furniture in the past and never had an issue with other locations, which makes this even more disappointing. But after this experience, I will never buy from them again. This is not the kind of company or customer service you want to deal with. Once they have your money, they clearly do not care. Nope

This store at Grapevine Mills is a much smaller footprint than the store that I used to go to. It has a representative sample of their larger stores but a mere fraction of the selection that the larger stores used to have. They still have their rocks and minerals as well as clothing. They also have home decor and incense, salt lamps, etc. But one thing that used to appeal to me in my younger days that I did not see any of at this store was toys. I am not sure whether they were just out of those or maybe they have switched their business model to not carry them any more. Something that they do have now that I do not remember them being as heavily into is the metaphysical. They have quite a few items catering to that interest. The person working here was very friendly and very helpful. She kind of gave me an overview of four things were at in the store as well as informed me a sale on top of a sale they were having on their clearance items. I found that helpful because it brought the price down enough on a shirt enough that I took advantage of the value being offered.

We have two leather recliners (leather on parts that touch body and vinyl on rear of chair). The leather is in great shape (6years old) the vinyl has completely deteriorated. We contacted the store and all they could say is that the vinyl is only under warranty for one year. This is crazy!!!! I told them of all the furniture that we have purchased from them over the years and they just said sorry they couldn't do anything about it. I'm going to at least turn a report in to the Better Business Bureau to make them aware of their bad business practices. I suggest all that have problems with this company to do the same

I bought the console as a Christmas present on December 10th, and after a dozen phone calls, on February 2nd, with still no replacement, I finally asked for a refund! I don't know how many more similar bad reviews this company can afford to get before they lose more customers.

This place is massive, it has two entrances, one from the mall side and one from the parking lot with two separate checkout areas. They keep fragrances all over the store, so check both entrances and the random displays scattered around. It could have been a bargain hunters dream, but not so fast. I got there very early on a Saturday morning and the store already looked like a tornado had hit it. Merchandise all in piles on the ground, stuff thrown in aisles, messy displays, clothes crammed everywhere. Honestly if I managed this location, I'd be embarrassed to even the doors to this. The cashier and security guard (!) were super friendly so no complaints there. But either their are seriously understaffed or just don't care. Overall I was disappointed in the condition of the store. They had a lot of fragrances all in a chaotic mess but nothing special. So I left with no new frags but did find a pretty display tray for the ones I do have.

We looked at several couch companies and walked into the store at leather sofa company and after talking to Carl about how durable their leather was and would last a lifetime, which is also directly quoted from their commercials. So, we decided to design a custom couch from The Leather Sofa Company, after spending $8,900.00 on a beautiful custom couch that we were so happy with when we first got it. After a year it started wearing and peeling a little on one or two of the cushions then started getting really bad after two years. The peeling started to spread and is now on at least six of the cushions and is getting worse and worse, the couch looks like we've had it for at least 10 years. When we purchased the couch we also paid extra for the insurance so when we called to get it fixed we didn't think it would be a problem, Gary the General Manager said they had to send it to the tannery for testing to determine the root cause. They determined that it was friction from a cleaning agent. So, they weren't going to cover it. We have only used the cleaning that they provided us, but they didn't listen to us nor did they care, they just didn't want to pay to fix it. They are trying anything to try to get out of paying for it, Yeah we sat on the couch! They said we would have to pay to fix the couch and it was 6 of our 7 cushions that are damaged. We said that is unacceptable we paid a lot of money for this couch and extra for insurance!
