I was shopping around for some new work shoes with my 2 children. My daughter (6) tells me she needs to use the restroom and goes to ask the associate working for permission. She returns to tell me the woman refused to let her use it giving the excuse that she was by herself and couldn't leave the floor. The "manager" as she calls herself comes over to explain her reasoning. I reply that I will escort them to the restroom (was planning to anyway) so she wouldn't have to leave the floor, she still refuses. Mind you this restroom is 3 steps into their back room! Every place I shop I expect to be able to use the restroom especially for my children. I find it unacceptable customer service to treat children like that saying they have to go next door (to a competitor) to use the facilities. My family shouldn't be inconvenienced because of their staffing issue. I won't be back to this location again.

They also have some accessories, like socks/tights/leggings and bags/purses. I've always found the staff to be very friendly but maybe a little scarce on the floor. You shouldn't need much help though because I'm pretty sure most of their product is out ready to go. They have designer shoes but you can find great prices and all kinds of brands.

Recently he really liked the Minecraft & Dinosaur themed ones, and with him getting to the awkward almost to big for kids shoes but to small for adult size. With ordering online I ended up signed up for an extra $5 rewards for downloading the app. So I ended up in store to use that instead of shopping online. Now to the actual store itself ... this generally has been said to be an outlet but even the clearance felt regular price/I've found better prices at shoe stores that sell multiple brands. The same shoes i had just bought online was about $20 more in store than online. The store was a bit of a mess; though seemed to have a good selection, just priced a little higher than expected. I ended up finding a single pair of shoes priced at $10 ... everything else was easily closer to $20/$30 ... for a friends kiddo. When on the floor I didn't really see any staff members outside of the check out area. When checking out there was some confusion, and they tried to claim I didn't have a $5 reward but it got figured out. Honestly unless you live right here and don't want to have to drive down the road a bit to where there is a shopping center with a couple shoe stores and a target near by, I can see the appeal & convenient nature of this store. The store had brand new clothes that were at least 50-60% off of the original tag. Some of the items were still more expensive than I thought it should be given the dated look and style. For example, a 2024 "Mr. And Mrs." Wine glasses were still like $10! If you gave me that for $1, I wouldn't even want it. There was a huge selection of men's, women's and children's clothing. Not so much home goods. There were some bedding, and curtains, but I did not see any kitchen gadgets or appliances. You have to have patience to go in here and dig through the racks!

The manager told me they couldn't sell it at all because it was missing a part. I was stunned. I wasn't asking for anything wild, and I was buying other items too...
