I was able to get some of my favorite items and they brought back some old school stuff and even had items from Christmas, which I did pick up because I love that smell even though we are in the summertime! I also love that they are getting their men's selection together with more and more cool items that smell so cool and so delicious for the men! It's always worth it here every time I try on a few of this nuisance that they have at least smell like a new woman and tell me about it. I love it From the sanitizer to the candles to all of their plug-ins that they have to all of their stuff to now wash clothes with is absolutely lovely. I will say that it's always nice to be greeted by a Bath and Bodyworks employee upon arrival and so glad that they are always willing to help but do not get too pushy with Items to purchase! It is definitely a newer store in the aesthetics of the store were beautiful. We were greeted right away with hand sanitizer which was nice given the times and all of the employees were very pleasant and friendly. I wish could remember the name of the associate who helped us because she brought us over to the wallflowers and asked what specific scents we like and then gave us recommendations. I have never had this type of service at Bath and body Works and working in retail myself it is really great to see.

Funny how people want bargains galore but can't give a brand new business 10 minutes to open before going on a tear. It's alright aside from the interesting selection of books and rugs. Go have a look around. The only real complaint is that the checkout process is SLOWWW AS F***. Please tell the cashiers to focus on efficiency. The young man working on the afternoon of 2/16/24 needs to be retrained. He had to call for a manager every ten minutes. That was starting to get on my nerves because I've worked retail before and that's just a pain in the butt. The store wasn't busy either. My friend got a lot of stuff but she and I have decided that we probably won't come back. Most of the merchandise is name brand (if that matters to you). Prices were alright. They're not that cheap (but nothing is anymore).
