I would definitely refer any person wanting to start vaping to come to this truly unique shop. I have visited a large number of other shops in the area and could honestly say that Vaporized takes the top spot by a long shot. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. The shop provides customers with a ton of premium line juices just waiting to be sampled. The quality over quantity of flavors and juices to sample are just the right amount without being too overwhelming with hundreds of house juices (like a bunch of shops I have seen).They don't pressure you to buy anything you don't need which makes the experience feel more like they enjoy your company instead of just being another person to rip off. NOW THE BEST PART!!!!!!!!!- The prices of the premium and house juices HAVE to be the cheapest I have ever seen anywhere!!! I have seen vape shops average their premium juices to 24 dollars for a 30 ml and house juices averaging 19 dollars for a 30ml. At Vaporized, premium juice lines average at 15-20 bucks for 30 ml and house juices at around 12 bucks for 30ml. Not only that but they also have a happy hour special where you can buy 30ml house juice bottles for $9. Nine dollars for 30ml is an unbelievable price for that amount. The best part of the pricing is that I get to savor more juice flavors without having to worry about breaking the bank. This has to be the best place to buy vaping juice and accessories. I have walked in on several occasions and have met the owner whom is a great person with a courteous personality. The five stars reward program which is free to sign up (just with a phone number) always accumulates points towards the shop and gives you added rewards such as free juice bottles and in store credit. There is honestly nothing I can say to discredit this place. It's always clean, the staff is friendly, informative, attentive and consistent with the way they treat everyone. The most helpful vape shop I've ever been to. As a beginner vapor I was asking around to see where I could get the best mod and this shop was highly recommended to me by a friend. I would call and ask for inventory because I know they run out stock fast. Walking in I was instantly greeted by the owner who was more than happy to help. I really like the new mod I got but I would have to say the best purchase I made that day was the Schuartz flavor, Yogurt! BEST FLAVOR EVER. I thought it was cool that they had no in house juices but all premium. The vibe in here is also pretty chill but more sophisticated than other vape shops I've went in to. As a first time customer, I was very impressed with the service. The house juices are amazing! And just great Customer Service. The duncanville ice, house blend is beyond amazing. And the atmosphere was nice. I feel the location is a bust, because of the small area but I feel this store has amazing potential. i am new to the vap scene and have been to two other shops before running into this one from the moment I walked in they where very helpful upgraded me from my pen style unit to a much better unit they have a large selection on premium flavors and you can try before you buy the person helping showed me how to set up my new vap step by step and showed me all the lil things I had never heard of when it comes to using a vap. I love this vape shop! I am so glad it's in Duncanville pretty close to where I live. There are there are several vape shops in Cedar Hill but I make the drive and only go to vaporized. The people that work there are always nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about all their products. OK, to begin I was originally going to the shop in downtown. 30 minutes away just for the juice. By happen chance I was going to the grocery store and saw that there is now a vape shop in Dville!!! Super cool staff and the juices are great (both house and premium). If you drip make sure to ask Juan to build you a coil.
