Hey there Auckberious H, you have never been in this store. 1st of all, you called to have someone tell you how to rebuild a RDA? HAHAHA LMFAO. Have you never heard of youtube? 2nd of all you called from FT. Worth, not even in your area. If you cannot figure out how to rebuild a RDA you should stop NOW!!!! Let me tell you a little about D TOWN VAPES. Mrs Hurley has the BEST customer service ever. When you go into her store they strike up conversations, ask you how your doing, and actually tell you everything you need to know. I have never experienced store owners treat customers like they were family. I have been going there for years now. I have called and asked questions about an issue i had in the past, I was told that they cannot help unless i bring it in. Why? I believe it would be a liability issue. I took my item in and it was immediately fixed and told what I did wrong. I think you might just be mad at the world seeing all the bad and horrible reviews you leave for everyone. D Town Vapes is my go to shop for all things e-cig related. Let me say first off, yes this is a smaller shop and no it doesn't offer all the "high end" equipment. But for the everyday person that does not participate in the constructing and tweaking of their own "mods" this store is completely suitable, especially if you are just starting out with vaping. Renee is pretty much awesome and very helpful, and will answer any question you have. You can get custom flavors all day long made just for you and your taste, as well as some newer premium juices that they have just started selling. If you go in and buy a custom juice and it is quite right you can take it back in and have it tweaked to your liking. Renee will NOT sell a juice that is mediocre. They try all the premium juices before they will order in bulk. If it doesn't pass the quality inspection they won't sell the line. The pre-made premium juices can be quite expensive, $22 for 30 ml bottle that for me only lasts about a week. In my opinion there are some horrible "premium" juices that are not worth buying. Which for me is a wonderful thing because Renee can keep her prices lower for her clientele. I have been to other shops in the area and there are only two that I will go to on a regular basis. D Town Vapes in Duncanville and Moto Vape in Cedar Hill (depends on which side of town I am on when I need juice). As far as I know these are the only two that will make custom juices. 1st of all Kevin o, if you don't like it don't shop here. This place has the best customer service, it might be small but it's worth it for the amount of respect they have for their customers. These days it's NOT the amount of merchandise or the size of the store that counts, it's the respect and the feeling that your apart of their family that matters. 2nd of all, I used to drive to Richardson and Arlington all the time just to get liquid, now all I have to do is pick up the phone and call and request what I want when I'm running short on time. I get there and she has it ready to go. That's customer service. They know their stuff and make the liquid onsite. I will continue to shop there. Renee, Joe and the others are the most welcoming and friendly group you WILL ever meet. Thanks Renee for always being so friendly and going out of your way to help your customers.
