Charles was able to ask a few simple questions and we were able to get the cigars we wanted. He also gave us some cigar education 101, which was sooo helpful. I felt like the prices were good. Yes they are sitting around possibly due to the fact that no one is in the store .... but when I enter they always jump to help me. Giving recommendations on new flavors and making sure I get the right coils. I have never had a negative experience here. I just wanted to write a positive review bc the only one about the store is really negative and I didn't feel a true reflection of the store or employees. The last time I went in I chose a mod that I did not understand and I'm taking it back to exchange. I hope it will not be a problem. I'll update to add how my experience goes. But as the guy working with me yesterday did everything I asked for and even tried to sell me the one I'm going back to trade for but didn't buy due solely on price. As most things go.... you get what you pay for. Since 4 years ago vaping helped me stop smoking cigarettes and since moved down in nicotine levels to actually mixing zero w 3%. I just wanted to write this bc this store is a helpful for people that really want to stop smoking.

One of the most expensive places around to buy rosin and now 3 different occasions I have got an inferior product. And then being told other stores don't have any and they could exchange it for diamonds(a much lesser product) probably won't be back unfortunately hate that the quality has fallen to the wayside Also attached a photo of what rosin is supposed to look like and what they gave me
