This place is exceptional. The family that runs it is beyond helpful and accommodating. I quit smoking in March, so 8 months now. Always bought my juice here. The one time I bought juice somewhere else, my toungue and throat reacted miserably to it. I literally went to the doctor worried about it. Threw that juice out. Went right back to great vapes and explained what happened. They made sure I was aware they only buy in the USA. Mouth healed overnight. I got a little worried thinking they might not refund me or give me a hassle on trying to get a new one but nope! It was super easy. They did right by me and replaced it in a second! It was a clean shop. The girl working the counter was friendly. Juices were all made in-house and CRAZY EXPENSIVE! I do a lot of traveling for work, and I've never paid that much for premium juice, much less a house blend that was just... meh. $16 for a small 30 mil bottle! read more

I've been meaning to write this for a while! When I first moved here from Southern California, where there is an abundance of Vape shops, I was a bit nervous as to how the only Vape shop in my new small-ish town would measure up! However, from day one, I've been pleasantly surprised as Great Vapes has exceeded my expectations. Service is always friendly and fast and staff is able to recommend juices and and answer all of my questions. They have a decent rewards program and their selection of house juice blends is pretty wide and delicious. Additionally, they have a great selection of brands that I recognize from "back home" as top notch. Only thing I can really complain about is the price of coils-$6 but I'll gladly pay that extra $2 to help keep this place around! read more

House flavors are pretty good. I stopped by needing juice when I was out of town . 19 bucks for a 30 ml wasn't bad but I am used to getting 120mls back home for $25 . Will I visit or buy from again ? With out a doubt . read more

Not here to write a long review, just to give my .02. I have been coming here since I decided to quit smoking. This location is on my way home from work so it was convenience that brought me here. Mark his wife and kids are all great! A1 first class. When my wife has to get juice ( most the time I get it here for her ) she chooses to go close where we live. I always return here. We have bought products at her place close to us and I got to say that the products I buy from Great Vapes are superior to what her shop has. read more

This is a great shop! I went in with the goal of getting an e-cig to help me quit smoking. The owner was very friendly and spent a lot of time explaining options and how things worked. I can't say enough great things about this shop. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about vaping, juices, and equipment. Considering the amount of research they do on each and every product they sell, the prices reflect that. I have been to a few other shops actoss the US, and I am either treated like I am clueless, or am pushed to buy the "house juice". I don't trust that. Great Vapes uses quality ingredients and has fantastic insight on flavor mixtures. Highly recommend. Remember, you get what you pay for.
