My experience here is usually satisfactory. They have a vast majority of liquors , wines, and ciders. I like the pricing here and it's affordable compared to the other retailers . Staff is usually friendly and helpful. The ambiance here is chill and relaxed . Lined are never busy through the weekday, can't imagine what it's like during g the weekend . Finally on my side of town!!! Great new location in CedarHill... The fact that we now have something like this on the Southern sector is Awesome.... Came here tonight for the grand opening. The wine and spirits are very well arranged and the store is easy to navigate. They have such a huge selection of drinks and unbeatable prices! They also have a stage where there was live music being played, and OMG the samples; there are so many samples to try. There were tasting tables set up throughout the store for your tasting pleasure. I walked in, and well the door is kind of covered by shopping carts and baskets so I was walking towards the exit only door, the manager rudely said "no that door", I laughed it off and said it's kind of blocked I was confused. I get little shot bottles for favors, (21+) of course And I asked if they had any of a specific flavor and he said "no, that's all he has in stock". I'm like okay, I understand I got to the cashier and she was not very welcoming, I don't want to put her name out there. I told her hello, with smiley eyes, all I got was a do you have your id. I was like wow.. I was extremely nice, mind you I am tired from work as well, but I still am nice/respectful to others. I stood in the store at the customer service desk in hopes that someone would recognize me standing there. I thought wrong it seems that two mangers was standing there doing what ever it is they do on the computer and not noticing me. Then proceed to walk away and do other things. I came to the customer service desk because my app wasn't working and I wanted to retrieve an order I guess I will take my business eles where the next time. Watch out for the product you get via delivery, I got old expired product. Also do not let the delivery driver take a picture of your ID. With so much identity theft, this is not a good idea. I asked Vu for a red blend wine recommendation and he just pointed me in the direction of where the red blends. Not once did he walk me over and suggest one thing. I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received today. This place is the Disneyland of Wine and spirits. They have anything you could want; wine, beer, an entire WALL of bourbon. They have mixers, seasonal beverages, glassware, accessories. The prices are excellent. You can't buy bourbon at Costco here, but the price is on par with what I paid at Costco in CA. And SAMPLES! You won't see that in CalUnicornia! I tried 2 different cognacs, fun. There is also a section of mini bottles if you want to buy some sample sizes to continue the fun at home. They also have classes. There is a big room in the back. You can get a group together and schedule your own class if you want. This shopping center gets busy so parking can be a little tricky. Get a cart (or as the locals say "buggy"), you will need it. Also if you get the app and create an account you can get points for purchases. I'm not sure what I do with these yet, but they have mailed me some neat offers. Cheers! read more

This liquor store is the Sams Club of liquors stores. Samples were offered on just about every other aisle, staff extremely nice/helpful, and the store is always clean. They offer a wide selection of wines, vodka, whiskey, tequila, rum and more, they have snacks and other items to make sure your next party, social gathering, or just you time has all it needs. Typically I do not complain simply because I am able to view situations from the other's prospective very well. However, on Saturday July 18th I witness a level of unprofessionalism from Bob (Caucasian Manager) that I have yet to encounter in all my years as a Dallas Naive. As I am urgently running into the store at 8:59 there are two sets of sliding door you will have to go through in order to enter the store. I make it throw the first set of sliding doors. As single woman, I am very observant and cautious due to a past experience, so mentally I begin to tell myself don't forget to lock your car door. After dropping my keys and phone twice I literally took one step outside to lock my vehicle. As I began to walk back into the store just as Bob witnesses all of this happen in front of his face. He locks the first set of doors and proceeds to lock the second. At this point he has literally locked me inside between both doors with him. I understand shutting the store down at 9pm I have had my fair amount of days closing a store down Sir! This was completely unnecessary and rude! He actually began to debate with me back and forth as well which did not make the situation better in any way! He stated "It's 9 o'clock". At the end of the day sir you take care of the customer no matter what! That is high quality service and never treat someone the way you wouldn't want to be treated. Imagine if that were you at the doors of my store.. the whole situation would've been avoided completely. I pray that going forward the nice Security gentleman is guarding the doors. read more

First off. I'm extremely happy that there's a Total Wine close to me. I went to the Redondo Beach location regularly before I moved to Texas this year. I've been waiting for this location to open. The store opened last week, I finally got a chance to go last night and get some beers. I was surprised at how packed the place is. I know there's a total wine in Arlington and one close by the north park mall, but the place was packed last night. The service was good. I found a few craft beers to get and purchased what I was looking for. All went well on that end. My only critique is that the lines moved extremely slow. It's a new location and they're still getting situated and working the kinks out. I get that. But the lines were moving extremely slow when I'm used to just getting in and out whenever I go to total wine even when lines are long. All their lines were open too. Not the end of the world though. It may have been due to the crowd, but the place also seemed somewhat crammed in last night. You gotta make due with the space you have though. The place is a little smaller than the location I used to frequent, but still a decent size and huge selection of drinks. All in all, having a total wine close by is a huge plus though. There's no other beer/wine shops like that in the Cedar Hill/ Duncanville area, so they're going to real well here. read more

Nice liquor store. There was a short line outside of the store to get inside but I only waited 2-4min top. Now the line for curbside pick up was long ! They offer wipes for the carts. Even though they were making ppl wait to get inside once you got inside there was no social distancing and the store seemed crowded. It could be because of all of the displays. I asked one employee if they had the premixed Crown royal cans she didn't even look at and said no and walked off. I know it was the day before Christmas and they were busy but her dismissal of me of me was unnecessary. The lines were long but moved at a nice pace. I was waiting in the line that went down the wine aisle. There was a lady there that was handing out wine samples and helping customers buy wine. That was a nice touch. Will be back read more

Went to the grand opening of total wine and more in cedar hill. The deals weren't too great; however, the store was very nice and offered a lot of samples. The employees were really amazing and knowledgable. Total wine and more also had a membership card that you can sign up for to gain extra rewards. So if you have the time it might be worth it for you to become a member. Overall, I would go back but there isn't much that makes it different from other stores in the chain. read more

My husband did a curbside pickup during the quarantine. He parked in a pickup parking spot, texted a number, they put the liquor in the back of his truck, looked at his ID thru the window. No contact with staff (who all had masks and gloves). I'm super impressed with how they have adapted to make it safe for us to shop with them.
