So Let's Start with They HAVE IT... The Large Box stores…read moreadvertise they have it, at very low prices... then upon going in they do NOT! I was looking for a sort of rare (no pun intended) bottle of Eagle Rare Bourbon & after calling several places the big box stores first of course.. the big box stores did not even HAVE it much less at the very low prices they advertised. I found another store that did have it, they had two but so sorry you can only buy one and it was VERY HIGH, while this Liquor 21 could not quote a price over the phone, after I told him what I had been quoted or seen online he gave me the range between the prices I'd seen that helped me get an idea that I WOULD NOT be wasting my time driving to his store, getting the bottles I wanted (I needed more than 1) and in actuality it was NOT more than the competition simply because they did not have the product! The big box stores know that if they carry enough of the "popular" brands they can bait you in and switch you to another product for the sale.. but sadly I needed Eagle Rare, because it's the name of a song my friends sing, and we were going to see them tonight! So if you want honest FAIR prices on items that are actually in stock and more than just 1, give Liquor 21 a whirl. They are honest, fair and very friendly as well as very knowledgeable about all the spirits they sell... that's the bonus! Thanks for all you did!

So many times customers are quick to hop on social media and rant about their negative experiences…read more I wanted to take a few minutes to discuss my experience with Top Liquor Beer Wine. Let me preface this by saying that this could of very easily gone sideways, but they went out of their way to make it right. I recently purchased a bottle of high end bourbon that I discovered to have an issue with the seal AFTER I left the establishment. Although I was 99.9% sure that I didn't cause the issue, I could of understood if the establishment wanted to question my issue. That never happened here. I spoke to "G" on the phone and told him the problem. I wasn't able to make it back in the store until two days later and they didn't give me any issues at all. Exchanged my bottle without hassle and even talked to me about other spirits that I may interested in. It was my first time to visit this location and won't be the last. Definitely gained a life long customer because of the way that they handled my concern.

This liquor store is a weird yet interesting existence, it draws fine lines between high-end,…read moreaffordable, luxury, modern, and low budget. It is located in same plaza as Austin Avenue but behind it, and that puts it at a disadvantage since the plaza barely gets any traffics. I read about this place on WeChat, and thought would pay it a visit. My first impression was wow! this place must be expensive since its luxurious looking decorations set it apart from all other liquor stores in DFW area. It turned out that I was half wrong since they carry liquors that range from $5 to $9999. They carry a lot of high-end & rare brands like Luis XIII, BaiJiu, and Opus One etc. However, they do carry everyday liquor brands like Skyy, Jimbeam,Titos, Hennessy etc at very competitive prices as well. They offer wide range of selections from Chinese BaiJiu, Japanese Sakes, Korean Soju, Vodka, Cognac, Gin and the list goes on. It is like your neighbor liquor store but cleaner, cheaper, nicer and bigger.
