Well I'm used to the small card reader that some have lights so you can find where to swipe or insert. This thing was about the size of an iPad with no obvious place to insert. Found it but no readout for price. For all I know the guy could've been charging me 50 bucks. Hit credit symbol to save time. Said remove card. Done. Check symbol on screen. As I start to walk out the guy yells " sir." Needed to sign for credit. Really! Some retail places you just run debit as credit then your done. No not this guy. So I quickly sign and hit done. Don't think he ever said come back,thanks or anything. I said thank you as I stumbled out door finally relieved it was fing over. Can't recommend. Too much hassle for a simple purchase. Had to check account to find card charge. Too many liquor stores to choose from. If the little mom and pop place is a drag then to quote the 80s group Scandal... Goodbye to you.

I kept seeing cars pull on the right side of the building, which I am thinking is the drive-thru. A very convenient option for a Mother with kids, someone with pets in the car, or someone that may be injured or elderly. The lady working behind the counter was very nice, and a gentleman on my side of the counter (I'm assuming the owner) was friendly and sparked a conversation with me immediately. Refreshing, considering they won't even say hello at most 7 Elevens or Quik Trips. I won't even mention Race Trac. It may not be the newest or prettiest store, but I'll personally take great customer service over new floors any day.

Okay so I was walking from the car and saw the door opened here and decided to walk in. What a treat, I started sipping champagne then heading to MeZcals followed by tequilas. Needless to say I was floating walking out of here. I met some amazing people from the owner to the Somalia. I learned a lot about Mezcal and levels of champagne. I would literally gave 5 stars but didn't like that I was at the register tasting and purchasing 4 bottles and the people who were there before me tasting who brought 1 small bottle was given a FREE bottle of something by the owner and I wasn't offered that with my multiple bottles. I had to ask the guy checking me out to call the manager to inquire as to what was the incentive. I was given something but why did I have to inquire and it wasn't automatic for me? Maybe because I was in jogging pants, a hoodie and a cute turbin? I would hate to think it's my ethnicity? My goal is to always give GRACE & because the owner and all the staff were amazing to me I can't take away too many stars .

I was very wrong. They have all the stuff you would see in the mainstream stores if not more. And the prices are better in my opinion. They have HUGE size bottles of everything and a good selection of the gift boxes that come with a set of cups or shakers and what not. They had the special edition bottle i was looking for and the owner even sold us a mirror that he has had for 25 years to go in our new home. Definitely a great first impression :)
