I visit for in person purchases and I've also completed pickup orders. Let me just say this when I'm checking out upfront they are engaging kind they give insight. They acknowledge what you're purchasing and they also give you feedback if you have any questions. For pick up orders I've had the issue where I was a day behind pick up and they called to remind me I had the order which I really appreciate it. Most places will just put your order back assuming that you're not gonna show up, but that extra step of kindness really did matter because that day I did have a lot on my plate, but that gentle reminder just out of the kindness of their heart is just showing to me that they do go above and beyond. I went the day before New Year's, and it definitely was extremely busy but when I tell you, Management was on the floor, asking everyone if they were finding everything if they needed assistance, they were suggesting alternatives for anything that they were out of stock of every time I visit here it's very pleasant.
