I can always find something new and interesting here. I also love coming to the classes at any location. You try all kinds of great things, have a snack, and learn a thing or two. If a particular class is sold out, closer to me, it is usually available at the Irving location. That is one of the benefits to a smaller store. It is in a shopping center so parking is easy, and they have curbside pickup if you are in a rush.

It was so nice to be her customer as I'm a new patron from different state. I very much appreciated the hospitality as if I was a regular customer with an established familiarity. My favorite part of the experience, when I purchase a cigar, is the courtesy, of it being bagged up with a pack of matches. Eldreia, just took care of it like she knew my preference and habits. I love the extra care and attention. It might be just customary, but it felt like I was appreciated and a regular guest.
