Steve and I were fortunate to get one beer from this brewery. We had a Helles Lager, a lager type we are very much fond of from 3 Nations Brewing. The name of the beer was Go Time. The flavor elements in this beer that are fun to detect are a biscuity flavor as well as a bit yeasty with a dry finish. It's very refreshing in my book! The body of the beer is smooth and the hue to the beer bright! A nice, solid Helles Lager from this brewery and I am thrilled that I got to try it over a brewery that I had on my list for an unspecified amount of time... most likely!

There are 2 floors for dining and drinking. The architecture outside and the decor inside including the bathroom gives lets say "Speak Easy" vibe from the roaring 20s. The hostest and our server were both very nice and attentive. Thanks to them and to Bankhead for providing them. I had the Mediterranean Chicken and a BrewDaddy Ultra Lite beer. The chicken breast was tender and delightful. The sauce along with the cheese and fresh herbs covering it gives that Mediterranean flavor. There was also a little hummus on the side. The mashed potatoes were soft and creamy. Again, these were quite delicious. The broccoli spears were I think roasted. Put all 3 together and you get an excellent tasty meal. My beer as in the name, was very lite and kind of a Mich Ultra and Bud Lite blend. So kind of like drinking water. I also tried the Low Beams and the Wit Me One More Time. I was also pleasantly surprised and impressed with their selection. We buy more common brands of liquor that you can find seemingly anywhere but I specifically noticed that they have a good selection of tequilas and a few that I know friends drink and sometime complain are hard to find, so I thought that was pretty cool. We didn't need any help finding what we wanted, but the guys working there were really friendly and asked if they could help us. I am a big fan. We were in and out in a couple minutes and you can't beat the convenience.
