    Saddle Up IPA

Such a solid brewery with great tasting beers in a huge space in downtown Carrollton. I had the Royal Wit (delish) and the Saddle Up IPA (hit the spot). This spot is one of my favorites in DFW and close to the airport (or close enough )

I love coming here on Wednesdays (7-9pm) for bingo night!!! it's free to play and if you win, you get a free beer. Everyone who plays as typically pretty enthusiastic so it's fun to go with friends. The beers here are all good and they have something for everyone here. The food is also not too bad! They have a food truck(?) outside you can order from. I got the grilled chicken wrap and it was really good and filling. Great place to bring your friends, family, and pets! Everyone there is also super helpful and kind if you need help picking a beer.

This has become one of my favorite breweries in DFW! They have lots of great special events and weeklies like trivia (themed or general), live music, and our favorite of them all - bingo! There is tons of indoor and outdoor seating and they're dog friendly! The staff is always so friendly and happy to give recommendations if needed! They have lots of great classic brews as well as yummy seasonal/specials on rotation - something for everyone and I've never been disappointed! My favorites are their sucker punch Berliner weisse (especially the goldberry & autumn spice), Texican lager, creamsicle blood orange ale with vanilla, royal blood, salty pirate, raspberry fields, and gingerbread ale! I would highly recommend checking this place out next time you're in the mood for a brew or fun night out!

There are only 2 words to say - Beerhall Bingo!! Yes you heard that correctly! Every Wednesday at 7pm there is bingo in the beerhall. Multiple rounds, fun chants, and a free drink for the winners! Say less!! Other things to note: They do serve food Dog friendly Indoor, outdoor, and semi-outdoor seating options Staff is very friendly Water coolers available I do have to dock a point because they did not have cider available only beer, but I will have to give credit where credit is due to the bartender because he suggested I try one of their seasonal brews that would be most similar to cider and it was pretty good. Not cider, but a solid second place.

Flight from the other location but they have same taps here also.

Huge brewery with a ton of wonderful choices on tap and plenty of options indoor and outdoor seating. I'm a little fuzzy when it comes to beers and all the ones I tried here were a hit! I went to two of their locations, at the first location in Anna I ordered a flight and all of them were flavorful and refreshing, in this particular location I ordered the Royal Blood ( blood orange wheat) because it was my favorite from the last flight. You can bring your own food or buy some of their options. Service was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend if you're craving a good beer.

Some friends and I wanted you to get a good brew and were near by 3 Nations brewing. One of the boys is new to craft beer and got a sour, not knowing what it was, lol. I got the Devour stout, which was good. We also decided to eat, went to the food truck, and ordered a bacon cheese burger. Last time I was here the burger looked really good. Waited a few minutes and when I finally got my burger it was a little disappointing. The bun was great but the burger was a little overcooked and dry. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. The fries were fantastic crispy crunchy and seasoned well. Stout beer 4 outa 5 stars Bacon cheese Burger 3 outa 5 Fries 5 outa 5 Place is real nice and spacious. It has an inside and outside seating area really cool location.will come back

I live by this place for years and finally had the opportunity to stop by. Ambiance was great! Huge outdoor area for lounging. We went on a random Saturday. There were kids playing around outside. It's dog friendly, that's a bonus! Service was great. The bartender was so knowledgeable. She shared her preference, let us sample a bunch of beers to see if we want to get them. She was friendly and very pleasant. Husband wanted some snacks, so he ordered mozzarella sticks. It went well with our beer. Overall, the place is cute. Causal and fun. I'll definitely come back.

Cool, laid back brewery in old downtown Carrollton. I wasn't sure what to expect going in but quickly found our way around. There is plenty of shaded seating outside to keep you cool in this Texas heat. I enjoyed the Rosé and tried a couple of other options in the flight. I really enjoyed the food, the burger was delicious and cooked well. The staff i encountered were all very helpful and friendly.

GREAT gift for the beer lover who has everything.

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable in their field, which takes their mead tasting to another level. They just extended their back area to add additional seating and make room for the events they'll be hosting, such as an open mic. I look forward to returning to try what's new on tap, along with making sure to have a cup of their mead on my next visit to the Scarborough fair!

So we went to one, and it didn't let us down. The vibe in there is cool and chill, and the mead is even better. They had about twelve flavors on tap (there were only a few that were sold out), and we tried 8. All delicious and unique and definitely appropriately named. We sampled each others as well and were impressed the whole way through. We loved it so much we took home a four pack and drank them that evening! This would be so neat if somehow they could start doing small food bites to draw even more in that are looking to make it an entire experience! Its so close to us which is even better, as there aren't a whole lot of meaderies in Texas. We will definitely be returning!

The decor and theme are inspired by New Orleans/Creole/Cajun vibes, and it's beautifully put together. The layout of the location is a slight "L" shape, so seating can be a bit limited during busy times. It's a seat-yourself setup, and they provide QR codes at the tables for you to place your order and pay when you're ready. Now, onto the food and service. Unfortunately, the wait for both food and drinks were longer than expected, even as the rush began to die down. Our pretzel appetizer didn't arrive until near the end of our meal, and sadly, it was overcooked. Drinks The beer was great and a definite highlight of the experience. Here's what we ordered: Appetizers Giant Pub Pretzel ($13.99): A 12.05 oz pretzel served with signature beer cheese and beer mustard. Unfortunately, this dish was a disappointment. Despite being called "Giant," the pretzel was thin, and was a bit overcooked. While we enjoyed the beer cheese, the beer mustard could have stayed in the kitchen. Loaded Broccoli ($8.99): Steamed broccoli seasoned with Cajun spices, topped with melted cheese and your choice of chicken, beef, or pulled pork. I chose chicken, which was delicious and well-seasoned. However, the cheese was a huge letdown, it had an odd, roux-like texture and flavor that nearly made the dish inedible. Entrée Voo-Dill Pickle Pizza ($12.99): Made with roasted garlic pesto, fresh mozzarella, thick-cut pickles, and a special Voo-Dill seasoning. While the concept was intriguing, the execution fell short. The pizza crust was undercooked, and the pickles seemed like they were added at the very end instead of being baked with the pizza. The garlic pesto was the highlight of this dish. Desserts -King Cake Slice ($3.XX): Clearly store-bought and not made in-house. It also took a while to reach our table, which was odd considering it's pre-packaged. The kitchen area even had the King Cake box visible. Beignets ($7.99): Over-fried and served with icing that was overly lemony, which overpowered the dish. Side Order Jalapeño Slaw ($2.99): The star of the meal! It had the perfect balance of mayo and vinegar, with a fresh kick from the jalapeños and Cajun spices. I wish I had ordered more! I think this place has a lot of potential. The concept is fantastic, but the kitchen needs improvement. I do plan to return and give it another try because the space and the idea are great. Hopefully, next time the food lives up to the vision!
