This place was so cute It's located adjacent to the Truck Yard in the Colony. They specialize in Sour beers hence the name But they have a full bar A small wine list And you can always go next door to grab a different beer beverage if you prefer Lots of seating inside and out They literally share the entire outdoor space with truck yard so there's something for everyone AND you have access to the amazing food truck offerings Lots of TVs for sports watching and the roll up garage doors ice house style for taking in the beautiful rolling hills of Austin ranch.. Later this year this complex will have a tiki bar and they'll never get rid of me haha The service was great Dog friendly Plenty of parking Highly recommend

Beard Science is in the same area as Truckyard and shares the same outdoor space (and also has its own spacious interior and patio!). I'm a little on the fence about most sour beers, but these were solid with great flavor choices! We ordered two flights so we could try all of the offerings and I particularly enjoyed the Blood Orange. All were tasty and refreshing. I loved that the beers are served in glass beakers - such a cute theme!

This was my first time going to a brewery so I didn't really know what to expect, but I loved it! We came on a Sunday afternoon afternoon for some drinks. I'm not a beer drinker so I wasn't planning on trying or liking anything, but I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered to 2 flights. The first one was lemon lime, cherry, blood orange, and woodruff. Out of those my favorites were the cherry and wood ruff. The lemon lime tasted just like the lemon/ lime juice and it was a little too sour for me. I wasn't a fan of the blood orange either since the orange tasted a bit artificial to me. The second flight was a pickle michelada, cucumber lemon, hibiscus seltzer, and elderberry. My favorite was the pickle michelada. I was a little hesitant to try this one since I don't like the taste of micheladas but this one was sooooo good. We both liked it so much that we ended up getting a full size drink. My second favorite was the cucumber lemon, followed by the elderflower. My least favorite was the hibiscus seltzer. I was the most excited about that one since I love hibiscus, but this one had no flavor. I loved this place and I highly recommend it especially now that the weather is getting nicer. It was fun getting to sample all the different beers and the staff was super friendly. Make sure to bring a a card since this place doesn't accept cash.

My husband and I came out to The Truckyard, and we were so pleased to find this gem! This is a fun, inviting brewery that even welcomes your pups inside! They offer lots of unique, refreshing beers. And the service is amazing and so friendly! Highly recommended!

Such a great place to relax and have a refreshing drink. Their menu has some amazing selections and they're on tap so even better! Becky is usually there tending and with the best and most welcoming attitude! She answers any questions about the menu and is so informative! Thanks Becky!

Came here since I've never tried sour bears ever! Didn't disappoint. The person by the counter was helpful in letting us sample a few beers before I settled on the watermelon sour. This place is attached to the truck yard so expect some live music and a lot of crowd in the evenings. I will come back for more!

've heard the former Franconia's master brewer opened a new microbrewery and decided to check the new place out. Tasty sours! I The cucumber & lemon was my favorite! Great addition to the truck yard!

What a great new addition to the area. When the former Franconia brewmaster is now heading this up you know it's going to be good. Briana was a great host and provided top notch service.

If you love sours, this is the place for you. This is part of the Truck Yard, but it's an area devoted entirely to sour beers. Yum!

Music was loud enough to where I could hear my husband across the table but not anyone else around me. We could still hear the comforting sound of the fountain and fans that blew a cooling mist too! We ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer and it came out in literally 60 seconds. Bread didn't taste like pretzels, but it was tasty and the sauces yummy. Like, I could order the bites and some beers and be perfectly content. But I was here for the fish n chips and I was so happy! I'd have preferred a full filet of fish, but the batter was so crispy and salty (I love salt!). Fries were okay and basic but not bad with malt vinegar (I can literally drink that stuff!). Husband got the elite brisket flatbread. It was huge and honestly we'll probably just split this next time we come. It was delicious and back of the throat spicy, but the toppings were outstanding and brisket was tender!! Service was soooo quick and easy and the waitress has the decency to look away as you tip. I was so impressed with this experience! I'm an introvert and hate trying to new things, but this may be my favorite spot now! We were there 7/11/26 at 12 pm. Our fantastic server was young and blonde and very polite and professional! 7/5 stars!!

We ordered the Boss Hog flatbread, chips and queso, and two margaritas the Skinny Bear on the rocks and the Caddy frozen margarita. We definitely enjoyed the happy hour discounts, which made the visit even better. We started with our drinks, and both margaritas were mixed very well. The Skinny Bear did seem a little stronger, but both had great flavor and were easy to enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and queso. The chips were thin, crispy, and had a nice dash of seasoning on them, but we do wish they had been served hot. The queso was warm, but not piping hot, and the texture was a little gritty, almost powder-like. We were expecting a creamier cheese, so it was good, but not our favorite part of the meal. Now, the star of the show was definitely the Boss Hog flatbread. It was cooked to perfection, baked really well, and had that nice crispy texture. The toppings were generous, and every bite had great flavor. I would absolutely order it again. The ambiance was also amazing. We loved being able to see the brewery, and the dim lighting set a cool, relaxed tone. The employees were nice, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely come back to try more menu items, and I recommend Union Bear for a cute date night, happy hour, or a laid back evening with good drinks and food.

The food came out surprisingly fast, everything was fresh and flavorful, and you could tell it was made with care. What really stood out, though, was the attitude of the staff. Ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, anchovies, green olives, onions, mushrooms and extra cheese. It was prepared to pure perfection with the right amount of toppings. Crispy in all the right ways. Oh and the sauce...tasty. Tangy with the right amount flavor that compliments the whole pizza. A real treat and mouth watering experience. Hats off to the person who prepared these pizzas. The other pizza, ham, red peppers, pineapple and red onions and extra, extra cheese. It too was delicious. She absolutely loved it. Heritage pizza is by far the best pizza in Texas! They're part of the Taverna Rosa family which explains the great quality food. Great service, even better pizza. 6 's! A must try!
