Beard Science is in the same area as Truckyard and shares the same outdoor space (and also has its own spacious interior and patio!). I'm a little on the fence about most sour beers, but these were solid with great flavor choices! We ordered two flights so we could try all of the offerings and I particularly enjoyed the Blood Orange. All were tasty and refreshing. I loved that the beers are served in glass beakers - such a cute theme!

My husband and I came out to The Truckyard, and we were so pleased to find this gem! This is a fun, inviting brewery that even welcomes your pups inside! They offer lots of unique, refreshing beers. And the service is amazing and so friendly! Highly recommended!

This was my first time going to a brewery so I didn't really know what to expect, but I loved it! We came on a Sunday afternoon afternoon for some drinks. I'm not a beer drinker so I wasn't planning on trying or liking anything, but I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered to 2 flights. The first one was lemon lime, cherry, blood orange, and woodruff. Out of those my favorites were the cherry and wood ruff. The lemon lime tasted just like the lemon/ lime juice and it was a little too sour for me. I wasn't a fan of the blood orange either since the orange tasted a bit artificial to me. The second flight was a pickle michelada, cucumber lemon, hibiscus seltzer, and elderberry. My favorite was the pickle michelada. I was a little hesitant to try this one since I don't like the taste of micheladas but this one was sooooo good. We both liked it so much that we ended up getting a full size drink. My second favorite was the cucumber lemon, followed by the elderflower. My least favorite was the hibiscus seltzer. I was the most excited about that one since I love hibiscus, but this one had no flavor. I loved this place and I highly recommend it especially now that the weather is getting nicer. It was fun getting to sample all the different beers and the staff was super friendly. Make sure to bring a a card since this place doesn't accept cash.

Such a great place to relax and have a refreshing drink. Their menu has some amazing selections and they're on tap so even better! Becky is usually there tending and with the best and most welcoming attitude! She answers any questions about the menu and is so informative! Thanks Becky!

Came here since I've never tried sour bears ever! Didn't disappoint. The person by the counter was helpful in letting us sample a few beers before I settled on the watermelon sour. This place is attached to the truck yard so expect some live music and a lot of crowd in the evenings. I will come back for more!

've heard the former Franconia's master brewer opened a new microbrewery and decided to check the new place out. Tasty sours! I The cucumber & lemon was my favorite! Great addition to the truck yard!

What a great new addition to the area. When the former Franconia brewmaster is now heading this up you know it's going to be good. Briana was a great host and provided top notch service.

If you love sours, this is the place for you. This is part of the Truck Yard, but it's an area devoted entirely to sour beers. Yum!

The vibe.. the ambiance... its very different, kind of reminded me of New Orleans, but in a quieter more classy way. Its a great place to hang out, listen to some good music and just chill. was meeting friends post dinner, yet there was so much on the menu we wanted to try and finally settled for Aloo Tikki Chat, Shitake peppers and desserts. The aloo tikki chat was really well made, they even added the pomegranate on it...it was warm enough and disappeared in no time. Next was the shitake peppers masala, it hit just right, spicy enough to want to eat more but not burning your tongue. Then came the desserts : The house favorite Pistachio Mango Mousse cake is a must try. It was just soo yummy. Then there was sticky toffee pudding - melt in the mouth And lastly, an upside down cake - this came with home made vanilla ice cream and tasted just soo good. Do note that the restaurant updates menu periodically, and my review is from a while ago. Would love to come back here with more friends.

Like at Cosm or the ballpark, pricier than average, but you are there for an experience. There was no experience with my visit. Just an empty dining room at lunch time. I bet it really livens up when there is live music. The service was fantastic. They were all professional and welcoming. I don't think I'll be back for food anytime soon. I work in the area and am usually looking for more reasonable options on my lunch break. Maybe for a beer after though! They had some really nice styles on tap for only $5 and crowlers to go if you wanted.

My friend recommended this on his list of Irish Pubs around here, so I decided to give it a try. For a strip mall Irish Pub, it does take you into another world. Cool entrance that opens up to a horseshoe bar with tons of tables and booths. It was Trivia night, so they only had the Stanley Cup playoff on one TV. Sat down at the bar and ordered my Guinness and reviewed the menu. There were a couple of selections I was interested in (always gravitate to Bangers n' Mash), but went with the fish & chips with French Onion soup. Get these together, because the fish is delicious in the beef broth of the French Onion! It was good, though fish could've used a little more batter with the thick walleye filets. I loved it all and enjoyed the conversation with the bartender with the I Love Indie Horror hat. Some good ones out there that aren't being made like they use to!!

After we paid our bill with a credit card, I noticed that we were charged a 3% credit card fee. That was a first, and likely began in April since our last visit was on 3/24/26 and no credit card fee was assessed. Nowhere on the menu was it mentioned there would be a credit card fee, nor was it articulated by a bartender. That sort of fee makes me wonder what's going on in this establishment. Not sure we'll be back.
