So Let's Start with They HAVE IT... The Large Box stores…read moreadvertise they have it, at very low prices... then upon going in they do NOT! I was looking for a sort of rare (no pun intended) bottle of Eagle Rare Bourbon & after calling several places the big box stores first of course.. the big box stores did not even HAVE it much less at the very low prices they advertised. I found another store that did have it, they had two but so sorry you can only buy one and it was VERY HIGH, while this Liquor 21 could not quote a price over the phone, after I told him what I had been quoted or seen online he gave me the range between the prices I'd seen that helped me get an idea that I WOULD NOT be wasting my time driving to his store, getting the bottles I wanted (I needed more than 1) and in actuality it was NOT more than the competition simply because they did not have the product! The big box stores know that if they carry enough of the "popular" brands they can bait you in and switch you to another product for the sale.. but sadly I needed Eagle Rare, because it's the name of a song my friends sing, and we were going to see them tonight! So if you want honest FAIR prices on items that are actually in stock and more than just 1, give Liquor 21 a whirl. They are honest, fair and very friendly as well as very knowledgeable about all the spirits they sell... that's the bonus! Thanks for all you did!

They are open Monday through Saturday from 10 to 9pm. They are closed on Sundays abiding by TX state laws, so I suggest you stock up during the week to prevent a shortage on Sunday. They offer an extensive variety of different types of liquor ranging from your clears to darks. Every type of liquor they have many brands to choose from and the prices here are reasonably fair. They offer my personal favorite Rain vodka that is distilled 7 times and is crisp and smooth. They sell mixers for your cocktails and wells and also have beverages such as soft drinks to purchase. The store is clean and bright with nice lighting and the staff is well-mannered and polite. They take cash or card and will even give you a nice brown bag for your purchase. There aren't many liquor stores in the area, but I think I found my go-to store when choosing to buy a nice 1.75 of Vodka! Cheers, yall!

Atmosphere: Small store, nice selection. Music was a little loud- ethnic, so I was jamming nonetheless. Customer service: Owner was visible, at the counter as we entered. She spoke as soon as we entered. Very professional, cordial. Purchased: house margarita ($4) , peach crown ($30.99) peach Ciroc 750ml ($45.99) Margarita was $4 and tasted good, but lacked alcohol. She sells those behind the counter. I think this is a GOOD idea, honestly, and haven't really seen it happen in liquor stores, so I like it. I hope she keeps doing this - maybe have an option where we can pay $2 for a shot to add in there. (Please consider this upsell) Only con: I like my prices posted on the item or the shelf so that I can make my decision right there. We had to take things up to the counter to get them priced. I will be back to support this business- I'll buy my Peach Crown from here, definitely !!!! That's about the price I pay other places- maybe a few dollars extra, but I'll shop with P for that. I understand why the prices are what they are. Support small, black owned businesses so we can be the change we want to see.

Everything is appealing, spotless, and it just feels "nicer" or more elevated The main reason I am writing this review is because my mom has picked up the hobby of playing mahjong pretty much all the time, and the nice folks at Market Street allow mahjong players to come twice a week and use their food court area. I've placed probably about 3-4 times now, and it's a blast. If you're new you can either watch people play or you can join in. There's never a shortage of mahjong sets or players. Really, each time I've gone there are at least 15-20 takes fully occupied with 4 people each (sometimes more) They play Mondays from 1-3pm and Fridays 6-8pm. You can find people to teach you if you don't know how to play, but they might not be able to do it during one of these sessions If you go for mahjong please remember to shop at Market Street when you need any groceries or anything Cheers!!
