I was looking around for a certain type of item for rolling and lighter, the guy didn't have the tool which is fine, but the I started looking at the torches and lighters he had. I was looking at the cool lighters for 5 minutes when the dude said "sir can you please leave". I asked him if he could say that again in case I misheard but he said the same thing. I didn't even argue I said ok and left but I guess he thought I was just chilling there, but I wanted one of the lighters and he just asked me to leave, if he sees this review I'd like to know why, I wasn't rude and was planing on buying, he asked me what store I was from or if I owned a business which was random, honestly I think he was on something but I'm never coming back here again read more

The guy in the store was nice enough, but this store is a complete waste of a person's time. I had paper coupons, and the guy tells me he cannot do paper coupons, only the boss can do those. But, he says, he can process digital coupons. Fine. I went out to my car, got digital coupons on mine and my husband's phones and went back in. Apparently, the cigarettes I was purchasing already had a $0.50 promo from the manufacturer, so he could not apply the detail coupon either. I ended up going to a regular convenience store where they honored both the digital coupon and the discount pack price. I will never bother with this place again. read more

Just go to the gas station don't bother with cigarette city! The store clerk when I walked in was absent but as I began browsing his Tabasco based products he suddenly appears behind the counter "Hello sir Can I help you" the old man says, "nah just looking" I say 5 mins pass I say "actually do you sell lighter fluid" we then walk to the front of the store where he has all his butane/ zippo fluid(gas) okay I say already knowing that bic lighters can be refilled with butane he then try's to tell me that bic's cannot be refilled I assume that he trying to tell me this false information was a ploy to get me to buy a more expensive lighter I then, politely refute his statement telling him that what he said was false his attitude then changed to a more hurry up and buy type so I buy the cheap can of butane and take my leave. This is the definition of bad business practices, for a manager/store clerk to prey on the lack of knowledge of his costumers is detrimental to consumer trust and overall bad for the economy. I will NEVER go back to cigarette city off of Rufe Snow again, I hope I changed your mind on paying a visit because praying on lack of knowledge gos against American idles (same reason I don't support auto shops) keep America's consumer market clean and take out these types of market trash. read more

I went in to buy some cartridges for my vapor Juul and the girl was clueless! After looking around I showed her where they were and then she acted like she knew they were there. She then told me I could save some money with the generic ones and everybody said they were the same as the Juul cartridges. I bought a pack for $16, I went out to the car and plugged one in my Juul and nothing? No light on my Juul no vapor nothing. I went back in the store and she had to call the owner. She said come back tomorrow to see the owner. I go the next day and he said you opened it so you have to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. I said you sold it you should replace it? He called me an asshole and told me to get out. I told him that's no way to run a business and he called me a f**king American asshole. I don't think anyone should shop here. read more
