Great selection of e liquid and hardware, one of the only true vape shops left in dfw that's not all disposable and thc stuff

I came in here with my sister because we want to try vaping CBD oil but we have no idea what we're doing, we're vaping virgins! Thankfully the staff here was super friendly and didn't mind answering our millions of questions. My sister left with a cute little vape pen thing (pink and purple and sparkly, hahah) and I left with a disposable essential oil vape pen thing called "healthy." The brand is called MONQ. Not really sure how healthy it is to inhale cinnamon oil, but it tastes good and is soothing, so I'm happy with my purchase. It cost me $20. Sister's cost $30 and hers has two refillable tanks. There are so many things in here and the air is fragrant and hazy from all the vaping, it's a little overwhelming at first. But all the dudes behind the counter are cool and calm and ready to help. These guys suck! Called ahead hours ago and was told they would be open until 11. I just pulled up and it's 8:25pm and one of the employees walked up to the locked door before I could even turn off my car and made a motion to his neck like "negative we're closed" When I put my hand up and mouthed "what about 11?" and he just smiled and waved to me as he walked away. Helpful and friendly staff whether in store or calling because need help with online order. They have a online store. Shipping little pricey from what I'm use to online orders especially since the place 45min to hour from me (I get lazy and don't want to drive) and I order things in different states and get it in same amount time and less shipping cost. If you ordering a lot at once though shipping not too bad for a lot of product, and I tend to order a lot. The store has a hug selection of vape products. They have things from beginners to advanced so that's always great. They also keep the latest vape product in stock. Customer service is exceptional. I definitely will be a returning customer rather it's online or in store. My overall experience is great. read more

Went into the store today to buy a replacement coil and a simple battery. Not only did the guy give me the wrong coil after showing him what type of coil I needed but he also gave me a battery that was close to $20 when I asked for a simple $10 one. Total came out close to $40 for 2 simple items. I was so embarrassed to say anything in front of the other clients. After everything was said and done he didn't even bother handing me a receipt. Just quickly crumbled it up and threw it away. But at least he was nice enough to offer a bag for my items. Definitely not coming back. read more

Went in at a recommendation. Will never go back, the 2 girls that work there couldn't be bothered with us. They need a few lessons in customer service. We asked about a product, one didn't know and the other one, who was sitting down with her face in her phone the entire time, said oh, we're low on that. No alternative recommendations, no, is there anything else we can help you with. It was pretty much, sorry about your luck, we really don't care to help you. It would have been 5 stars, but I sent my friends there a few days ago and had horrible customer service. The girls working didn't bother to stand up and greet them. They didn't know the products. They acted as if they didn't want to be there and my friends were ACTUALLY making them work...mom ladies it is called a job for a reason! The guys that work there are amazing. They know the product and take the time to find the right product for the individual...especially for newbies. I love the products they suggested on my first visit for my first unit and accessories. If the girls are working there on my next visit, I will go elsewhere for my juice and pods. read more

This is the best vape shop in euless. I cannot tell you how many times I've gone in not really knowing what I want and there's always been someone readily available to help - even with setups!! They have an amazing selection of juices, devices, and disposables and even a little glass section in the back. Went in to buy a vape pen. The 2 salesmen in there were busy so I waited walking around. A couple of more customers came in. Not once did we get a notice of be right with you or hello. When the third salesman came out he did not ask who was next. He just started helping a group of kids it looked like he knew. When one of the 2 salesmen who were already out there were done they did not ask us if we needed help, they just started helping another usual customer, or at least looked like a usual. Horrible customer service and considering how long vape pens last they lost someone who could be a repeat customer. read more

We bought 2 mods from them they were smok g-priv and on one the tank mount is loose and shorts out inside they refused to help us and they will not contact the owner about this very sorry service I will not recommend them to anyone so I have a mod that's a week old and doesn't work read more

Thought they were a cool shop. Everyone was totally helpful. Bought two mods and two bottles of juice. One of the mods was damaged so we went back in to see what could be done about it. Got the total run around. "Come back when the owner is here tomorrow I can't do anything. " but when you're paying they can do everything.So bottom line is owner wasn't going to take responsibility and the crew is just going to give you the run around until you just go away.So we're stuck with a damaged mod. My advice would be get it in writing that if something goes wrong with your device within a certain amount of time that it will be replaced. read more

I went into the store last night to get some juice and I asked a guy with short brown hair with a hat on and I asked him about some juices he was extremely unhelpful you could tell he didn't want to be there and acted very arrogant. Not a good sales person. Then another guy behind the counter came up named Casey and totally changed my experience. He was very personable, helpful. The owner was so awesome! We went in looking for a piece I broke on my hookah and he was able to sell me the individual piece! Not to mention for a very reasonable price. We went head and bought coal and shisha too. One of the employees began showing us the zero nicotine vapor liquid and starter kits. Needless to say my brother and I bought one each. Dropped my apire nautilus on the ground on my way home from work and shattered it. Just moved to Euless a few months ago and hadn't scoped out any of the local shops. One of the best vape shops I've been to. Prices are great and the selection of of box mods was quite good too. They didn't have the color I wanted for a device, but we compromised and I got a neat little deal on another color! Seriously amazing customer service. I needed coils for another tank I have and they had them in stock (yay). They also had some cool juices I've never seen before. I got one with a little bit of a vanilla twig (?) inside that tastes soo good. The man that helped me out was great and he explained some of the advanced settings on the mod really thoroughly, while he was setting it up for me. I highly recommend this shop! read more
