I have been a customer for years. I've always been happy with the products and service. In fact the store I used to visit closed, so I've been driving an hour round trip from Frisco to Euless for several years and I buy enough juice and supplies to last for months. The store manager has always been friendly. I'm went today and the young lady that waited on me has no business being in a customer facing role. She is not friendly, she trying to ring you up before you're done shopping, she's rude and always right. Ultimately management is responsible for training employees. I never write negative reviews, but I had 30 minutes driving home to think about what a terrible experience shopping there was. Fire her. Let me know when I can come back. Do not shop here. It was my first time in a vape shop and I was on FaceTime with my best friend asking what flavors were the best ones. The woman working here accused me of buying a vape for someone underage and she refused to sell me one because I was on FaceTime with my friend who was of age. My friend even showed her his ID and she said "it doesn't work like that I can't sell you one." I told her that I'm not buying it for someone underage and it was for myself multiple times. I can't say enough about this place. I've gone in several times for various reasons, and each time I've gotten far more than I bargained for. For a senior citizen who vapes, I've always felt stupid at how little I understand about vaping and all the various moving parts. I had a terrible experience here. I went to buy a Sigelei 100watt Plus and they swiped my AMEX over 11 times. This froze my credit card, all the time they were ASSURING me that "No charge went through". I called the credit card company and the manager (who is very nice, truly apologetic) spoke with here and gave me a small discount. Upon returning home I noticed that the device was USED, chips on paint, the box wasn't shrinked-wrapped. Very sad they would sell a floor model and lie about it. They have a bad fixed juice menu that's too expensive. On the first day they opened I walked into an employee giving lessons on how to WICK mods. She just ignored me, and later denied overcharging me. Just a guess, but 90% of the employees have never had hands on experience with mechanical mods or Li-Ion batteries. I wanted to like this play so badly... too bad. I might go back one day if they manage to stay open. There are other places around that are better. LIGHTER NOTE: Store was clean. read more

I bought a Nugget box mod from these humans. Within a week, the fire button started getting temperamental. I had to push the button a specific way for it to fire. This shop is a high end feel, very clean and modern. Their premium house juices seem a little over priced but the quality and flavor is there. They have samples of all their house options (50-75?) which was amazing. They also have a guarantee that if you take a juice home and hate your first tank of it you can bring it back to the store (for swap I believe). Highly recommend this place. read more

Went in because my coil was burnt up. They had a 3 pack of replacements on hand and changed it out for me no questions asked. Then I wanted to try the flavors... the 2 guys working sat with me for an hour while I tried damn near every flavor they had and we talked about what they all were. I can't remember their names, but they were both great at their jobs and extremely helpful and easy going. They sold me on this store and I will go back. 10/10 experience. read more

The first guy I dealt with was pretty nice and was cool with sampling the juices. Then I asked for the 6mg key lime pie and he said "you sure you don't wanna try the 12mg?" so I caved and said sure. I get home and it taste horrible with the setup I have which he completely knew which one I was working with. So I went in and asked if they would exchange it for the smaller mg and said absolutely not but the new guy definitely let me know that it totally taste like crap with my setup. So know they do not offer any customer satisfaction whatsoever with no insurance on your purchase. read more

This is by far the cleanest and most professional e-juice retailer in the area. The store lacks the sub-culture/head shop vibe vapor joints (no pun intended) tend to have. Their prices are right in line with the quality of their product; while I personally don't buy hardware at brick and mortar stores they do have all the usual suspects (Kanger etc). Chris is my go to guy there, though he's not always there. Very laid back and easy to talk to, with a willingness to make the customer happy. My only suggestion is that they produce "plain Jane" juice, basically unflavored liquid (though rumor has it this will be stocked shortly). If you're tired of crude service and the typical filth associated with vapor outlets I highly suggest you give them a try. read more

Absolutely horrid experience at this establishment. The only reason I attempted to purchase from here is because my local shop is closed due to covid 19. I am in the medical field and am unable to leave due to protecting others from this virus. I asked my boyfriend to stop and get me some vape liquid and I'd call in my order. The man was so so so rude to both of us and hung up on us . He refused to sell because he could not verify my ID which I offered to take a picture of and scan in. He was unbelievably rude. I am 26 years old and my boyfriend is 29 with his ID and they still would not sell. In a crisis situation like this I would expect an establishment to understand the circumstances are not normal and adjust to the times I will be here when he ends up sick with the virus and I will help him even though he refused to help me...while I put my life at risk for the community. I will never advise anyone to shop here when they do not support their local medical staff during a time like this. read more

I got a charger that's not working after two days, I nervously went back in there for an exchange expecting to have to frantically plead my case; no.
