Terrible store and experience. GRAPEVINE IS FRANCHISED and run by an owner with poor business practices. Not honest and doesn't follow corporate guidelines....I have visited for years and had many issues. Last straw with a terrible unprofessional experience last evening. Employee turnover is huge and they all have stories to tell of other employees. Go to ROANOKE STORE! Or Other corporate owned and run store... Be very careful- dishonest and unprofessional! Love corporate Artesian but franchise is shady. read more

James and Kolby are the best store clerks Artisan could ask for. Extremely polite, knowledgeable and kind every single time I visit. I'm always impressed. James also made sure he held onto and kept my credit card completely safe at the store despite how long it took for me to go back and ask if they had it. 10/10 read more

I stopped in this shop because I thought they might sell cigars too but they don't. Strictly vape company but the staff was able to recommend a good cigar shop nearby. From what I saw they have everything a vaper would want. Oils, holders, flavors, etc, and dozens of options read more

Thank you Artisan Quick trip in to pick up a disposable. Accidentally left my cc, didn't notice until I was 90 miles away. Called and they not only had it but had alerted my cc company. Good guys read more

Plan on doing all my vape shopping here in the future. All the staff we have met have amazing knowledge of the products their sell. They have an amazing variety of juice. They have a great little tablet that has all their juices listed with descriptions so you don't have to play 30 questions with the staff figuring out a juice you want. Competitive prices and great return policy. You will not be disappointed if you come here for your vaping needs. read more

I just bopped in to buy a vape battery. The two men at the counter were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Great store. read more

Great spot! Tons of options, great customer service, high quality products. Hands down, the best vape shop in grapevine.

I bought a vape from here that doesn't even work. It's supposed to work out of the box and it's my mistake for not trying it in the store before I left. They will not exchange or refund even though it hasn't worked from the time I took it out of the box. Called an hour after I bought it. $55 literally down the drain. read more

Excellent product, great prices, lightning fast shipping. Thank you!

Justin and Cody were the greatest. I've never had a better experience shopping than at Artisan. These two gentlemen are "Rock Steady" in my book!!! read more

I had an amazing encounter with this Vape shop today. The manager of the store Bethany was very helpful in selecting a good local Vape that they make here in the area. She was very knowledgeable in the Vape industry and most importantly she was kind and patient with my less than stellar knowledge of the industry itself, in short I didn't walk out of there feeling like an idiot :) Being from out of town and running out of juice it was a sight for sore eyes to see such a nice Vape shop close to where I was. The store itself is very clean, neat and organized and not full of the typical clutter that you see another Vape stores. They have an awesome tablet system there to help you select the type of flavor you were looking for which was most impressive. My hat is off to this place and this franchise concept and will visit upon my return to the area. You will not be disappointed visiting this establishment. read more

Will was awesome. I came in from out of town to buy a coil. My box ended up going out, and he helped me pick another box. He was probably the most knowledgeable guy I've met in a vape store. The location was super nice and they stay open late. I signed up for their email program and this is going to be my new vape store when I move to Dallas next month. read more

Was worried I wouldn't find a legit store while on vacation and boy was I wrong. Great place and awesome selection.

Johnathon is the man! Sat down with me and kept me company while I tried tons of different flavors. He was the only employee there and had other customers coming in and multiple phone calls while I was there. This dude was great at his job! Customer service was second to none and he's extremely personable. Overall 10/10 experience and I'll be back! Thanks man! read more

Absolutely an incredible Vape shop! I've been vaping for 5 years now and haven't ever had this type of experience. Artisan Vapor beats all the competition in the metroplex. I'm so happy to know that all their liquid is made in a laboratory locally and it's always consistant. A very professional atmosphere, when you walk in you'll know immediately why I love this store so much! read more

Not my regular Artisan store but the guy that helped me today (7/12/2018) at 1:00 was terrific! He had me try a few flavors I never considered that were awesome. Left with 2 new flavors that I love! read more

Love Artisan! Jonathan and Andrew are amazing. They always know what I need and help me get the best juice for my taste buds. Love you guys!

I decided I wanted to give vaping a try and headed on over to artisan vapors after finding them online. Despite the older strip of buildings they are in the inside of the store is clean with a fresh design and very welcoming. I was immediately greeted by Ally and after admitting I really know nothing about vaping she asked me some questions to get me started. And then I proceeded to ask her a million questions ranging from cost, to value, to general knowledge. Ally was a whiz and really knew her stuff and her patience never wavered despite me being in there an hour before close, and believe me I used that whole hour. She helped me pick a nice setup, including helping me find my favorite design and walked me through getting it all set up. They have tablets to help you find the best flavor for you that were neatly organized and even my indecisive self had it narrowed down to 3 flavors pretty quickly. Ally let me sample them all and offered her take which was very helpful. As a side note, I also witnessed several young kids pop in over the hour that I was there and Ally did her due diligence IDing them all and turning away the ones that couldn't provide ID. I work with several younger kids who are already on the vape and really appreciate Ally's commitment to keeping her shop within the law. A great employee for sure. I've found that my desire to chain smoke after a drink doesn't change even with the vape and will be returning to artisan vapors to visit with Ally so she can recommend some great lower nic options to indulge my oral fixation at its worst. I feel confident she and artisan vapors will deliver! Great experience! read more
