ORIGINAL: This is my go to vape shop. I moved off Garden Ridge by the lake and live farther away than I did last year and I still fight traffic once every 2 weeks to get my e-cig juice. The two girls that work Tuesday nights are absolutely amazing!! But I've been having issues lately with the bottles they put their e juice in. The lid has popped off THREE different times now, spilling entire bottles of E-cig liquid all over my arms, shirt and pants. The last time it happened, I called and spoke to Tiffany and she told me that this is an known issue and they will have a shipment of new bottles in on Friday and they would comp me a bottle. So I went in today, I couldn't wait until tomorrow as I was completely out of e cig juice, and I got a replacement bottle and all that, but the person I spoke to about it today basically told me that I spilled juice all over my body 3 times bc of user error and I needed to be more careful. They also said they aren't getting new bottles?! Umm. What? I have been going to the same E cig store since December 2013 and this has never EVER happened. I'm pretty sure I know how to pour e cig juice into my e cig. I have spent over $1000 at this location and this is the ONLY time I have ever asked for a replacement of ANYTHING. I work in customer service and I get it-- the general population is pretty freakin stupid. But when one person tells me this is a known issue and then I'm told that its user error, that's pretty bad customer service!!

Their juice (with the je vape branding on the back wall) will screw up your coils, assumedly because it's loaded with natural sugars?, so I would not recommend them. Not a big deal to me personally. I also am a huge fan of the international foods/drink selection. I think it's a really nice touch especially because no one else offers this stuff, haven't even seen some of their products at 99 ranch or h mart.

The customer service I received here was amazing, and I will definitely come back in now whenever I need an emergency vape. This will be my new go to shop when I need a vape to hold me off in-between. The woman working was such a sweet vibe! I decided on the Lost Mary NERA Fullview 35k device & x2 pods. After I left the store I had some issues with the vape connection going in and out. It would stop hitting for 30 minutes and then randomly start again. Came back and she helped fix the issue to the best of her ability -- and then even though she didn't need to, she hooked me up with some extras! Fantastic customer service! I definitely appreciated it! I also got to try the Space Pulse Cafe Mocha. This vape was an awesome vape and incredible flavor. Definitely a new favorite. Thank you Vape & Leaf 10/10 highly recommend the store, but I can't recommend the Lost Mary 35k disposable. The vape never had the connection issue again after she replaced it -- but both of my pods got super burnt within 2 days, only got through like 10% of each pod and they are burnt to h*ll. They are supposed to be 35k hits, but I got maybe 500-1k from each. Looked up the vape and saw a lot of other customers having the same issues with these vapes burning super early within a few days of receiving them. Definitely check out Vape & Leaf! It's a little gem! Best shop in the area!
