There is an area to lounge in, a TV, and the best customer service I've seen in a long time. The ladies are super helpful and definitely know their stuff. I love that they are always willing to let you taste any liquid you're interested in and they have discounts if you sign up! When you walk in they always greet you with a smile and make you feel very welcome. I'm knew to vaping so I had no idea what to expect or questions to ask. I have to say this is the worst place I've ever worked at this is the only boss that I've ever…read moreworked for that was extremely verbally abusive and emotionally abusive I will let him know about my past as far as me being a domestic violence relationships and I don't like aggressive talking it's wrong there's no reason for him to talk to nobody like that and then he would apologize then he's also even told me he hates me he told me on many occasions that he would kick my ass and he has cussed me out on numerous occasions the day I got fired I got fired over Bradley one of his coworkers for not opening the store I didn't have to be there till 4:00 p.m. but he calls me 9:00 in the morning and cusses me out and yells at me and tell me he can't stand my ass for his store not being open not on my time not on my time that I had to be there but on somebody else's time and I got fired and now I'm hearing that he is putting me down in the dirt he's making the customers feel like I have did something wrong to the store and that's why I got fired and I have not done anything I have text messages recorded phone calls and as well as him he has videos in his store because he has cameras that can back up any and everything that he has done to all this coworkers an employees at the end of the day now he's going to have to see my lawyer because I told him to stop slandering my name and using any terms on that level that's a form of defamation of character and I am not having it no more I did nothing wrong to this man and now karma is coming for him because I told him to stop. I've never done anything wrong to anybody in that store or him to even deserve the things that he did to me I usually just sit here and allow people to miss treat me and brush it off but I'm not doing that no more I am definitely about to make sure I look into this and get somebody's opinion and get Justice on this because now I'm pissed Knowing damn well I've done nothing wrong all the customers love me I respected them they respected me and I even gave them the devil respect and he never deserved it in the first place because that's exactly what he is. Pleased with my purchase; however I realized upon getting home that I was not given the flavor of juice I requested. Fortunately the juice I was mistakenly given is enjoyable. Nonetheless that was a little frustrating, mainly due to the fact that half of the present staff was loudly engaging with regulars and distracting away from people trying to make purchases. Mod squad is happy to explain things, they don't push certain products in your face, they just help you find what you're looking for-- even if you're completely "vape illiterate" I've been living in Dallas and still make the trek to see them.
