Never go back!!! Was looking for bulk pipe tobacco, latakia and cavendish. They had zero selection of pipe tobacco except for two 1.5 oz pouches of Captain Black. So I bought them. Bad assumptions reek havoc with results. 3.0 oz for $43.30. Assumed they would be 6-7 dollars a pouch and would tide me over. Didn't look at total just swiped my credit card. Searched the web and found the highest cost of same tobacco was just shy of $10.00 per pouch. My bad for not being more vigilant. I was ripped off! Re-learned a valuable lesson. If I ever am out and about and see that squirrelly little guy I will not greet him in an hospitable manner. I blame myself, but it is still annoying that such rip-offs so frequently occur. read more

This smoke shop is outrageously overpriced. They charged almost $100 for 3 OZ of kratom. That is more than quadruple the price of anywhere else I've ever bought Kratom. I bought it anyway, since I was short on time and hoping it's the best quality kratom I've ever tried. But nope, there was no difference between their overpriced stuff and the cheap sh*t I'll buy from the sketchy gas station for $10. We went on Saturday night from around 11:30pm to 2am and it was a pretty good experience over-all. I'd go as far to say that it's my favorite hookah place in town, though there are a few I haven't been to yet. (We usually just hookah at home.) Four of us shared the Starbuzz Caramel Apple shisha with an apple bowl. It lasted us the full time we were there without it ever getting the slightest bit burnt or getting weak. The temperature was perfect, the air seemed nicely circulated, and there weren't any drafts to ruin smoke rings. They were a little slow getting the hookah out even though there were only about two other groups there, but our guy apologized for it as soon as he brought it over. Everyone there was very nice, the atmosphere was very relaxed, and the seating was comfy. They play better music than all the other local places we've been to and it wasn't filled with young kids. Ashes is a bit pricey, but well worth it. Here's more detailed stuff based on when we visited (remember, they could change any of this info as they see fit): "Traditional Sheeshas" (how they spelled shisha) are Al-Nakhla, Al Waha, and Al Fakhir. These were $10.99 to smoke there and $6.99 to refill. "Social Sheesha" is Social Smoke and seems to be their brand of choice. It was $13.99 and $7.99 to refill. "Exotic Sheesha" is Starbuzz and the only brand I smoke. It was $17.99 and $8.99 to refill. They also had "Exquistic (Exquisite??) Guest's Mix" which were mixed shisha flavors using Social Smoke's shisha. It was $17.99 and $8.99 to refill. They have a big list of things you can add to the base for $4.99 which included apple juice, orange juice, lemonade, strawberry, skittles (candy), coke, and milk. You can also substitute fruit for the ceramic bowl for $4.99. To my surprise, they had quite a few options - apple, orange, cantaloupe, peach, and for $5.99 they had pineapple. Three people are allowed to a hookah, but you can pay $3.99 extra to add a person to that. You can also pay $2.99 to get a double hose hookah instead of the regular single hosed ones. Some music they played while we were there: reggae, alternative, Hendrix cover, Led Zeplin, Cake, The Police, video game style music, "Crimson and Clover," "Closing Time," "Stairway to Heaven." They had sports on the TVs, but it wasn't distracting or annoying even though I don't like sports. The sound was off, so it was just sorta there. I approved. On their Yelp page (you know, here) they said they had appetizers, deserts, and hot drinks, but when we were there they didn't have any or didn't advertise it in any way. I can not even count how many times I've left this place happy as a lark WITHOUT EVEN BUYING ANYTHING. It doesn't matter if you drop 1 dollar at this place, or 100 dollars, they treat you the same and they STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS! I once watched JC, the owner take a return for somebody who BROKE THEIR PIPE BY DROPPING IT. Because they had just left the shop with it. This place was tucked away in a little shopping complex. Parking lot sucked but once we were inside the workers were so helpful. Cat helped me through all the pieces they had and explained to me some of the pros and cons to some pieces. She was very knowledgable and showed me pieces I would be scared to even pick up. I totally get that this smoke shop is located in a college town but it is way over priced. Disposable vapes are 10-15 more than they would be in the dallas or frisco area. I assume that's because they illegally sell to minors so they think they can up charge the pricing for everyone. I use to be a frequent customer because of the great customer service and it's a quick drive after leaving campus when I was in need of a vape. I am disappointed though lately and quite angry at the employees that were recently hired. I came in last week wanting a delta 8 and was lied to by the employee. I was looking for something to help me get off the real stuff and potentially pass drug tests. Although i know that delta 8 will not pass drug tests I was told by there dumb employee that THC o is known to help pass drug tests. First of all how stupid do you think I am to not be smart enough to look it up right then and there. for those who may be reading this THC is stronger than delta 8. Terrible customer service for an employee to lie or not understand what they are selling. Never shopping there again. Customer service is a lost concept today in most retail businesses. I would not have expected to find the exception to that rule in a smoke shop - but I did! These guys are GOLDEN! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional! They impressed me so thoroughly, that I waited a few days until they received a product I wanted, even though I could have found it elsewhere that day. I've hired and fired a lot of folks in more than 30 years in retail, and I would hire everyone of these guys. They're really that good. Great place to go get a Hookah, I didnt mind the drive from Arlington. Went there on a friends advice. Prices werent too extravagant and the noise level was low which is amazing because not a whole lot of hookah places are like that. The over all atmosphere is warm and welcoming and it is not hot it is nice and cool during the summers. Will dfinately be going back there again. read more
