They have a very wide selection of everything you are looking for but most all the employees are so sweet and very helpful. This is the best head shop in Denton, TX. Their kratom selection rocks and is way cheaper then other heads shops in the area. Emily rocks(she is beautiful) and is educated on all their products, which helps big time. I also noticed they they are always fully stocked on all their products too. Came here to check out the shop because it is decorated like a Zebra on the outside. Looked around for a bit and the staff was pretty nice and helpful. They said a lot of the stuff there is handmade in Texas. Got some sunglasses as a Denton souvineer that are Zebra striped which I think is a cool way to get your businesses name out (have it on the sides of sunglasses). read more

Bought my boyfriend a bong here for his birthday. The glasswork was so beautiful and the price was very good compared to other bongs of that size at most shops. The staff here is so kind and knowledgable. They really help with any question you have and they leave you alone if you're just looking. They also have my dream pipe here if only I could afford to blow $300 on a pipe. The artist is out of Portland and his glass etching is gorgeous. Consistent customer at this shop for years now. Ive bought 3-4 pieces from them, all were very fairly priced, and very well made glass. Prices compete with online for the same glass. Their Kratom has actually been very good in the past even though i havent bought any in a while now, and my friends all tell me good things about the CBD. Definitely the oldest smoke shop in Denton. The fellow with long black hair has been there quite some time and gives good and honest customer service. I purchased glass here off and on for 20 years+ easy. I started getting the cbd pre rolled cigarettes and the ones he recommended were definitely better than previous crap cbd products I've tried. Terrible customer service. They have a no return policy which I can completely understand, but no where does it mention you can't exchange an unused product, especially within 24 hours of buying it, because the rude ass longed haired hippie that seemed irritated to help me as if I was killing his buzz, gave me the wrong sized piece after telling him what kinda bong I had. Then he proceeded to talk to me like I was a kindergartner about the different sizes and how I should know the size of mine. I will never spend my money here again. After visiting multiple smoke shops in Denton, Zebra head has become my favorite. Immediately when you walk in the workers are friendly, ready to answer your questions, and genuinely want to know you! Their prices are the best - with a $10 under, $15 under, and $30 under section for pipes. I frequently buy glass filters and it's always great that they have them 5 for $4. I've been coming here for a few years, I like making my own glass stuff and usually come here to buy odds and ends to complete projects. I really appreciate their selection and dedication to local artists, a lot of the staff is great and really knowledgeable. The last few visits, however, have been less than pleasant. There is one employee there who always seems to be in a bad mood, and doesn't mind sharing. The first time I had an encounter with him, I figured he was just having a bad day, and I realize this business probably gets a lot of fruitless foot traffic, which can be annoying, but after a couple of run ins, I've decided that this is just how he is. Yesterday (6/10) I went in for a few pieces and he was the one who helped me. Right off the bat he seemed annoyed that I was there, and every time I asked a question, his answer seemed like he was trying to make me feel stupid. After telling him that I wanted two of something instead of one, he looked up kind of glaring and said "I'm aware." Just very curt with me and plain rude. I had wanted to ask some questions about vaporizers, but after a few minutes of talking to this guy, I decided to just get out as fast as I could. I feel like when you're spending as much as I was (over $200) that the merchandise should come with some free courtesy, right? I guess they get enough business, they don't really have to worry about it. I left the shop with about a third of the things I needed and a sour stomach. Then I went to High Times off the square and had a MUCH friendlier and more helpful experience, thanks to Randy. I left there with the rest of what I needed as well as some cool new stuff (all in all another $300 I was prepared to spend at Zebra.) I might go back to Zebra for cigarettes and stuff, but all of my other business is probably going to High Times from here on out. read more
