I honestly love the most of the employees at this location! Roy in particular is a super guy, with lots of knowledge to help even a novice get started. The juice tends to be a little on the dark side. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and it is definitely a no pressure sales atmosphere. They will guide you to the best setup for what your budget is. It can get a pretty foggy inside the business when they get busy. Which I have observed can turn some people off who are not used to that type of atmosphere. It is such a relaxed atmosphere the regulars tend to hangout and they will even help the newer customers. Overall, it feels like a family! The business is focused on making sure the customs is taken care. Friday nights are SUPER busy, so you may not want to visit for your first time as you may not get the attention needed. Bought a pop disposable here today, it died after 2 hits... which has never happened to me before... and I frequent many vape shops in town - even gas stations, occasionally. That being said this was a frustrating experience I've never Had. I guess they like to carry defective products and don't care? I went back within 30 minutes - inconvenient - and was treated as if they could care less. They said no excHanges or refunds could be given. Terrible customer service all around. Visited this store twice and the staff acts extremely agitated or put out just for you simply asking them what brands or flavors they carry. They don't have the vapes on display, so they want you to basically guess a random brand/flavor. There are much better vape shops in town with staff happy to talk to you about the vapes they sell, have a wide variety, and will quickly fix a problem with you having purchased a defective product. read more

So I love this vape shop. I've gotten great service and MOST employees are willing to help you shop around for what fits your needs. In fact this shop is how I quit chain smoking cigarettes. However, Peter, I believe the owner of this specific Artisan Vapor is dreadful. He refuses to let people try oils with which he has a personal dislike. He is snarky and talks over customers and interrupted the employee trying to help me find a vape several times during my transaction. Not only that, he was aggressive and outwardly mean towards his coworkers.
