In which case just say you're running behind and need a few extra minutes instead of saying "We don't open until 10". Its your time management that is the issue if you're not ready by open. Dont give me attitude for walking in less than a minute early because youre not ready. By the time I got back inside my car it was already 10. So like.. I'm not gonna get right back out of my car. I just went somewhere else and will not be back.
