I bought it on a Thursday and opened on a Sunday. Attempted return and was declined because "I bought it Thursday". It was very easy to see it never worked from the beginning. The clerk, a guy wearing a tie-dye, seemed to enjoy saying no. No attempt to assist. No discussion, didn't test the device. Just said, nope and see ya. I'm giving them two stars only because the other person I've dealt with there was awesome. Losing a customer that may have generated about $3000 annually over a $45 vape. Already moved on to a better store. They've offered to exchange this item as it clearly wasn't used. That's customer service. Good luck competing with the 75+ other shops in the area. I, for one, will not be back and will encourage anyone I know to go elsewhere.

Brittany took the time to find out what I was looking for and suggested I try the alien mod with a big baby tank and I absolutely love my e-cig!!! ORIGINAL: This is my go to vape shop. I moved off Garden Ridge by the lake and live farther away than I did last year and I still fight traffic once every 2 weeks to get my e-cig juice. The two girls that work Tuesday nights are absolutely amazing!! But I've been having issues lately with the bottles they put their e juice in. The lid has popped off THREE different times now, spilling entire bottles of E-cig liquid all over my arms, shirt and pants. The last time it happened, I called and spoke to Tiffany and she told me that this is an known issue and they will have a shipment of new bottles in on Friday and they would comp me a bottle. So I went in today, I couldn't wait until tomorrow as I was completely out of e cig juice, and I got a replacement bottle and all that, but the person I spoke to about it today basically told me that I spilled juice all over my body 3 times bc of user error and I needed to be more careful. They also said they aren't getting new bottles?! Umm. What? I have been going to the same E cig store since December 2013 and this has never EVER happened. I'm pretty sure I know how to pour e cig juice into my e cig. I have spent over $1000 at this location and this is the ONLY time I have ever asked for a replacement of ANYTHING. I work in customer service and I get it-- the general population is pretty freakin stupid. But when one person tells me this is a known issue and then I'm told that its user error, that's pretty bad customer service!!
