The shop had closed about 30 minutes prior, but the owner was still inside, lights and sign on, and he welcomed us inside. What a nice, nice man!! He was on the telephone with his mother (who lives very far), and he was so attentive, welcoming, and informative with us. He had a good selection of just about anything you could want, everything was decently priced, and he knew his stuff about all the products. We ended up leaving with a very nice glass bong, and hemp cones, and the owner was so appreciative that we came by after hours -- and I kept thinking, "goodness this man is genuine! WE appreciated you dude!" I live about 25 mins from this smoke shop, but I will definitely drive out here for the friendly, personal customer service experience!

Really great vape shop in the Farmers Branch area. Writing this after a first-time visit and have…read morenothing but good things to say. After recently relocating from Central Dallas to FB, I had the task of finding a new vape shop to buy liquid from. For the last year I've gone to ECA vape1 (reputable shop near downtown Dallas) and bought primarily high-grade import lines instead of house liquid. However we all know how pricy the import lines can be, and most vapers are looking for superb liquid at a superb price. This is where Center Point excels in comparison to other local shops I've visited. First and foremost, the house liquid is PHENOMENAL. I spoke to one of the owners and decided on a Crunchberry blend that he personally vapes. After loading up a tank and taking a puff, I was floored. The flavor was as close to Crunchberry as one could conceive without actually just eating the cereal itself: the exhale is sweet and fruity, milky and smooth, and with no harshness on the throat or lungs; following this is an amazing aftertaste on the tongue that both complements the initial flavor while adding depth of its own. Easily one of the best liquids I've ever had, and furthermore kind of puts the high-grade lines I usually buy to shame. It's extremely clean tasting liquid and is clearly being made at a high level. And the whopping cherry on top: the price. I grabbed a 60 ml of this godly nectar for less than $25 (a 30 ml is $13). Yes that's the same price you'd pay for a 30 ml bottle of import liquid, but for twice as much and in my opinion a product that is superior in taste and cleanliness of mix to many of these high-end brands. You should not and cannot pass this place up. The customer service is top-notch and they have happy hour deals during which you can get two 30 ml tanks of different flavors for the same price as a 60 ml of a single flavor - which again is an almost altruistic offering of less than $25. Don't wait and halt further deliberation on where to get your next bottle of juice - check out Center Point Vapes!

Thank you baby Jesus! Also Brittany is my favorite employee at Smoke and Vapor!!! A couple months ago I bought a MVP4 mod online and I absolutely hated it. Brittany took the time to find out what I was looking for and suggested I try the alien mod with a big baby tank and I absolutely love my e-cig!!! I never have any issues whatsoever, the batteries I bought months ago from the store still hold a full charge and the mod has a 'soft' option to help conserve juice. Thank you Brittany, you da best! ORIGINAL: This is my go to vape shop. I moved off Garden Ridge by the lake and live farther away than I did last year and I still fight traffic once every 2 weeks to get my e-cig juice. The two girls that work Tuesday nights are absolutely amazing!! But I've been having issues lately with the bottles they put their e juice in. The lid has popped off THREE different times now, spilling entire bottles of E-cig liquid all over my arms, shirt and pants. The last time it happened, I called and spoke to Tiffany and she told me that this is an known issue and they will have a shipment of new bottles in on Friday and they would comp me a bottle. So I went in today, I couldn't wait until tomorrow as I was completely out of e cig juice, and I got a replacement bottle and all that, but the person I spoke to about it today basically told me that I spilled juice all over my body 3 times bc of user error and I needed to be more careful. They also said they aren't getting new bottles?! Umm. What? I have been going to the same E cig store since December 2013 and this has never EVER happened. I'm pretty sure I know how to pour e cig juice into my e cig. I have spent over $1000 at this location and this is the ONLY time I have ever asked for a replacement of ANYTHING. I work in customer service and I get it-- the general population is pretty freakin stupid. But when one person tells me this is a known issue and then I'm told that its user error, that's pretty bad customer service!!
