Terrible customer service. Bought two vapes two days ago and one of them was working perfectly fine until the screen went black and just died. It wasn't even past 80% juice yet. So I went in expecting them to fix the issue and all they had to say was "well that's not our fault", which it's not mine either, and "all we can offer is 10% off". I bought a Spacemax pro. The counter clerk said to open it because they have tons of problems with them. So I did, it was fine. It worked for one day. I called the store- their policy is no returns and no credit after you leave the store. I have never experienced this- a business KNOWINGLY selling products that are defective and then NOT standing by their customer. So I filed a complaint with the BBB. Its not the $30.00- it the policy and them knowing they are selling defective products. I would never shop there again! Update: The owner saw the review and messaged me to come in. After driving there 35 minutes, he said he would give me a replacement only if i removed the yelp review. He then condescended to me, as if i broke the piece of junk from China they sold me. For God's sake- at a BARE MINIMUM, have some class, some humility. My time, my gas wasted and made it was a stressful situation. Attitude is everything. read more

Think twice before you spend $$ here. I have come to this shop ever since they opened and had exceptional service. Yesterday I purchased a brand new disposable that died as soon as I opened it. I came back into the store within 12 hours of buying it and showed my receipt for the $25 vape!!! The man told me there was nothing he could do for me and sent me on my way. Basically a fuck off without saying it. Poor service. Even with providing a receipt he implied I was lying about it being a new vape. If you can't buy good products then be prepared to compensate for the bad ones when they malfunction. Quality over quantity. read more

We were in need of new vapes, and this man is was very nice at first. i'm assuming he was the owner because he offered us a good deal, if my boyfriend didn't like the vape he wanted he could get another for half off. He didn't like it, but I did so we thought we could buy this one and he could get one he like for half off. I also used my 10%, so once the the total was up my boyfriend asked about the deal and he said that he wasn't going to do it and that we were scamming HIM when HE offered the deal. eventually the man started getting angrier and he said he didn't want our business over a miscommunication. we started to leave and he proceeded to threaten my boyfriend saying he would beat him up and called him a punk ass bitch over something that could be completely resolved over communicating it out. my advice? this place is completely unprofessional in the way they handle business transactions. 0 stars if i could! read more
