Cassie the owner sure knows her stuff. When I purchased my first tank, she took the time to explain all the features and how to use (I was a vaping virgin). Since then, anytime I purchase anything she still takes the time to go over every feature with any new purchases. I love the huge variety of flavors, and the ability to try whatever I want for a flat fee of $1. It's a great way to taste that flavor you are curious about. Plus her prices are reasonable, I have always been able to come in and find something within my budget. As if these were not enough reasons to come in, the store is beautiful and immaculately kept. I was in dire need of new coils for my vape. Everywhere I googled, the businesses were sold out. So I figured I need a new tank anyway and was looking for the same one I currently had. Those too were sold out. Even the online shops were sold out, plus I would have to wait days or weeks for delivery. Now comes. Vape Stack to my rescue. I was able to order a new tank and coils at 8 am and they hand delivered the items to my house before 3pm the same day. Of all the businesses I googled, Vape Stack was the one that offers to hand-deliver. If all businesses were as good as them the population would have an easier time sheltering-in-place. I have lived in Lewisville for years, and now the Colony for 2 years, and have been searching for a long time for the perfect vape shop that suits my needs. Caveat: I have very little interest in vape equipment; I am much more interested in a quest for good e-liquids. So I can't speak much about their selection of equipment, because I have most of what I want or need in that department already. But it did appear they where quite well stocked with good vape equipment. What they used to sample their liquids was very high quality. As I mentioned, I have been looking for a vape shop that has a large selection of quality juice. I completely, 100%, will not buy juice out of plastic bottles. Partly for health reasons, but mostly I feel a slight plastic-y taste out of vaping liquids sitting around in little plastic squeeze bottles. All of my juices are in glass bottles, that is literally all I purchase, both in stores and online. Some of the shops around here carry some great high end juices from third parties that are outstanding, but once I have what I need from those shops, I only go to them when I run out of a particular flavor I like. I completely ignore the 100s of flavors of generic "house" juices that taste extremely similar from vape shop to vape shop, and plus...did I mention I don't purchase juice form plastic bottles anymore?! Yep, that is what most shops around here carry. Vape Stack has the best of both worlds - both great house juices, and a large selection of interesting 3rd party juices I intend to explore. All their house juices are sold in glass bottles. $17 or so was the going rate I think. I sampled about 20 flavors, and found a lot that I intend to add to my collection. (just can't afford to drop money for them all at once, so I usually buy 1 bottle a week of juice in general.) Awesome Tiger's Blood, tastes like the snow cone liquid, and I really liked a melon/pear combo they had. Staff was very friendly, unlike a few vape shops that cater to gearheads and barely acknowledge casual customers which should be their bread and butter if they want repeat business! This store gave us an amazing experience. We are brand new to the vape world, and they gave us a 2 hour intro into vaping. We never felt rushed or pushed into a purchase. They answered every question we had and even those we didn't know to ask. First of all, this place is owned and employed by mostly women which I personally find awesome considering the vape world is so heavily run by men. Not only this, but the women who work here are incredibly friendly and you will typically develop a friendship with them which is really nice. The juice could be cheaper, as it could be with most places, but is high quality and they have many flavors. They do sales and have some cheap deals which is great. They also sell tips, unicorn bottles, tank bands, battery cases, and some other miscellaneous stuff which is really convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. read more

My Mother came to visit from California and needed a new vapor kit. I took her to Vape Stack and was thoroughly impressed. First, when you walk in, the shop is gorgeous, organized, and inviting. The ambiance is superb. I don't vape, but didn't want to leave. It smells like a spa. The owner, Cassie, has so much information and knowledge. My Mom said she had been to tons in California, but nothing came close to the Vape Stack. I even discovered a vape to help me sleep at night which is a much better, healthier alternative to the sleeping pills I take. Highly recommend!!! read more

By far one of the most helpful & best quality vape shops I've been to. The juice lines are impressive across the board and the staff seems to truly care about their customers and products. Being relatively new to vaping I don't know all the terminology and ins-and-outs but was able to go in, feel comfortable and have my questions answered without feeling condescended or as if they were just trying to sell me something to sell me something.
