I had bought a tank and battery from them that broke within 4 months of use, and when I went back, DFW Vapor sold me a battery that was faulty and non-working three days after purchase, and refused to replace it. So, I was left without any method of vaping. This place is pretty close to my house, so on a whim I stopped by. I was greeted immediately by an employee who happened to be the manager. I explained my situation and asked what tank and battery she recommended. She sat me up with a nautilus mini tank and I-stick 30w battery, gave me a free bottle of juice (that was mixed in front of me), and gave me a discount. In addition, when I had been going to DFW, the liquid would burn easily, and turn black after a short time. I haven't had that problem with any of vaporwize's flavors. They're all fresh and taste great no matter what wattage I use. Every employee I've met is accommodating, and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. Tip: if it's raining or there's bad weather, bring cash. Their credit card machine gets testy with weather due to the internet connection.
