I've been a regular customer at this Plano location since they opened. Occasionally, I'll stop by the Richardson store. Alex and Dylan are great! They're professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful. Recently, Alex patiently spent at least 15 minutes with me to explain the features of my new mod and tank. The staff is really cool and I love their 5 star point system. We usually get at least a pack of coils with each purchase using the rewards program. I've purchased about 3 mods from this location and none of them were ever faulty. Ownership has made our experience awful. For someone interested in cigarette alternatives not allowing a father to bring his child into a store that you don't allow vaping in is absurd. This is a real deal breaker for my Business. Sorry to have spent anything at this store previously. Avoid this place if you are a parent. Obviously no father would allow his 4 year old to vape. It's illegal to leave your children in the car and it's also dangerous. Very poor business practices and NOT family friendly at all. read more

I've tried a lot of their house blends, and I always find something I like there. They have a pretty wide selection of juice, and you can try all of them in the store. I usually like more fruity flavors and the staff always recommends something new when I tell them that, so I don't get bored with their flavors. I have been to multiple Wickedly Hot locations and I have yet to be disappointed. Sign up for their rewards program, and you get points every time you come in. I went in to buy a vape for my 21 year old son. We had bought some CBD oil from a vape store in North Richland Hills to see how it worked with his asthma. The guy that helped me was really nice and patient with all my questions and non-knowledge. He sold me a vape that had cool filters so it didn't irritate my son's lungs (it didn't btw). I was surprised at how inexpensive the vape was and when I got home, I checked the reviews. It had great reviews. The guy could have sold me a much more expensive one but he sold me what we needed. There's a couple of guys there I like to buy from, Alex is one of them. There are a couple of people who work there, that if I see that they're there, I turn and leave. My go-to spot for juice, parts and services! If it weren't for ONE bad apple that works there, this location would get five stars solid. I've been loyal to this shop since my first vape in 2015, and have come to expect quality. In the last few months, a certain employee (maybe he's new?) has really turned me and a few regulars off from WHV. Idk his name, he's pale/ thin with long hair often up in a man-bun. Has a patchy pub-ey mustache? Lol idk. But he is on his phone SO MUCH it's hard to get his attention, and act rude like I'm interrupting him every time I have a question about a product. WORST PART is when a manager or buddy of his shoes up, he drops the pretentious attitude, only to Disappear into the back room or return to his phone soon as they leave. I don't usually bother to review places in Yelp but I notice the energy at wicked hot changing and generally store has high standards. Love the juice, fair prices and big selection but i get so irritated ive started driving 15 extra min to the Richardson store very very inconvenient. read more

I have been going to WHV almost since they have opened. They are always really help full with picking juices or equipment. And all the time they seem to one up them self. I moved out of state and non of the shops here are anything close so I have to order my juices and supplies from them. Never had any issues order fast shipping and great support. I did recently have an issue with my order and they went way above and beyond to fix and make everything right for me. There was a couple of other customers but the 3 children running the place probably couldn't handle the work load... never going back there. I've gone to quite a few vape stores lately, and while this place has a lot of potential to be a great store, the customer service kinda sucks. I've been there 3 times, and on 2 of those visits I was served by a short girl, with rings in her face and a bad attitude.. I don't mind piercings and tatoos, but a bad attitude towards the customer is never acceptable. Especially when you are competeting with online retailers who have better prices ON my most recent visit, She barely made eye contact, talked to me as if she was aggravated that she had to be there, and argued with her co-worker in front of customers, belittleing him in the process. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I like the way their testing station is set up. Each flavor has its own tank, eliminating the need to have an employee there to keep refilling cartomizers as you try different flavors. BUT.. at the price of getting treated like an a-hole its not worth it... I'll go to Artisan, or DFW vapor. read more

At first the atmosphere was really good. However, the clerk was extremely rude. There was some juice I wanted but they only had it available in a big size and I didn't want to spend that much so I tried asking for something else and she seemed to get really mad. They also have a good selection of beginner friendly ecigs that are far better then the cig shaped devices that you see in the mall kiosks but aren't as intimidating as some of the more advanced (and expensive) mods out there today. read more

Being going to the place for a while. I ask the guy what battery works with my piece. He sells me a battery a walk outside out it on and it doesn't work with my part. I walk in 1 min from purchase and they tell me they can't take a return unless it's a defect. Always have new idiots working there and tell me that after I've spent $100s-$1k with you! UNBELIVABL. I was recommended here by a friend and really wish I could give it a better rating but the customer service was very unwelcoming by the petite brunette who unfortunately helped me. She was busy talking with either friends or regular customers to help me try new juices. When I asked her for her helped she acted like I was putting her out :( . I love the staff here. Largely, they are kind and very helpful. If you are interested in the highly affordable basics with no bells and whistles, this is a great store for beginners. "Baby's first vape shop." If you are looking to expand your hobby in any real way you will inevitably move to a different store. I think this store has great potential should that potential be nurtured forward they will do well in the future. Currently it seems that WHV is not seeking to be competitive in any real way, but that is fine. Someone has to take care of the noobs in the hobby. In that way they do an outstanding job. The short term future of smoking is vaping! However, this store does not seem to question... What is the future of vaping culture? I hope to see this store grow...
