Friendly staff and a lot of difficult to find parts in stock. Prices are ridiculous though.

Went everywhere to find a geek bar & went to this spot and found one , he also got a lot of flavors so stop by

Went here today after a couple years. Bryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me select a few things and made it a positive experience and easy. read more

I've been a regular customer at this Plano location since they opened. Occasionally, I'll stop by the Richardson store. Alex and Dylan are great! They're professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful. Recently, Alex patiently spent at least 15 minutes with me to explain the features of my new mod and tank. Alex and Dylan always have a smile and invite me to come back. They provide excellent customer service which is sometimes hard to find these days. Great guys! Becky D. read more

I needed a pen to take my meds. This was an area I knew little about and the customer service and education of products really made me feel at ease with spending about 30 bucks. Keep up the great work. Oh, and life is better now! :) read more

Wickedly Hot Vapors - Plano - O.PENVAPE 2.0 - Vape Shops Near Me - Plano, Texas

This is my husbands favorite vape shop and we've been coming here for years. They have a wide selection of house juices and other big names juices. The staff is really cool and I love their 5 star point system. We usually get at least a pack of coils with each purchase using the rewards program. I've purchased about 3 mods from this location and none of them were ever faulty. The Richardson location is cool as well and if they are out of a juice that you need, the staff there will order more right away. read more

Ownership has made our experience awful. For someone interested in cigarette alternatives not allowing a father to bring his child into a store that you don't allow vaping in is absurd. This is a real deal breaker for my Business. Sorry to have spent anything at this store previously. Avoid this place if you are a parent. Obviously no father would allow his 4 year old to vape. It's illegal to leave your children in the car and it's also dangerous. Very poor business practices and NOT family friendly at all. read more

This is my go-to store for all of my vaping needs, even if it's out of the way for me now. The staff is always friendly and they know what they're talking about. I've tried a lot of their house blends, and I always find something I like there. They have a pretty wide selection of juice, and you can try all of them in the store. I usually like more fruity flavors and the staff always recommends something new when I tell them that, so I don't get bored with their flavors. I have been to multiple Wickedly Hot locations and I have yet to be disappointed. Sign up for their rewards program, and you get points every time you come in. I've racked up enough for a free 30ML bottle of juice in about three visits. It's definitely a great free rewards program. That combined with the service and variety keeps me coming back. read more

Wickedly Hot Vapors - Plano - Stopped in today for two new flavors - Marilyn and Ocean H2O. Great house blends! - Vape Shops Near Me - Plano, Texas

This is my go to vape shop! The staff is super knowledgeable and willing to teach. Their prices are better than any other places I have been to around town. Great selection of juice and products. They are so helpful and customer satisfaction is clearly a high priority. read more

I went in to buy a vape for my 21 year old son. We had bought some CBD oil from a vape store in North Richland Hills to see how it worked with his asthma. The guy that helped me was really nice and patient with all my questions and non-knowledge. He sold me a vape that had cool filters so it didn't irritate my son's lungs (it didn't btw). I was surprised at how inexpensive the vape was and when I got home, I checked the reviews. It had great reviews. The guy could have sold me a much more expensive one but he sold me what we needed. Thumbs up for customer service and a great stock of a lot of vape related stuff! read more

i love the customer service here ! they have a great selection of flavors and its fairly priced compared to other vape stores i have been too. My fave flavors are Lana's Melons (watermelon menthol) and Bui & grettle (like gingerbread house sprinkled with cinnamon) ! i would go back just for their great customer service and friendly atmosphere ! read more

I live in McKinney and I buy most of my products from WHV(Plano). I really enjoy coming here. Their selection of juice is very good. There's a couple of guys there I like to buy from, Alex is one of them. There are a couple of people who work there, that if I see that they're there, I turn and leave. Seems they didn't want to be bothered. I wish I could think of the other guys name I like. read more

Huge selection but the people are wjat make this place GREAT. You can get juice anywhere but the people behind the counter REALLY helpful and make you feel like family the 1st time you visit. read more

My go-to spot for juice, parts and services! If it weren't for ONE bad apple that works there, this location would get five stars solid. I've been loyal to this shop since my first vape in 2015, and have come to expect quality. In the last few months, a certain employee (maybe he's new?) has really turned me and a few regulars off from WHV. Idk his name, he's pale/ thin with long hair often up in a man-bun. Has a patchy pub-ey mustache? Lol idk. But he is on his phone SO MUCH it's hard to get his attention, and act rude like I'm interrupting him every time I have a question about a product. WORST PART is when a manager or buddy of his shoes up, he drops the pretentious attitude, only to Disappear into the back room or return to his phone soon as they leave. I don't usually bother to review places in Yelp but I notice the energy at wicked hot changing and generally store has high standards. Love the juice, fair prices and big selection but i get so irritated ive started driving 15 extra min to the Richardson store very very inconvenient. read more

Amazing vapor store!! Customer service always friendly and answers questions even if the product isn't from them. The flavor and quality of juices are great!! I go monthly to try their new flavors that Come out on the 1st of every month. Huge selection and comfortable setting! read more

I have been going to WHV almost since they have opened. They are always really help full with picking juices or equipment. And all the time they seem to one up them self. I moved out of state and non of the shops here are anything close so I have to order my juices and supplies from them. Never had any issues order fast shipping and great support. I did recently have an issue with my order and they went way above and beyond to fix and make everything right for me. So if you haven't been you should go and if you are not local defiantly order from them. Will end with thank you guys at WHV for always being great. read more

These guys are awesome! Easily one of the better vape shops around. I drive 15 minutes just to go to this specific shop! As far as prices go they are fair and pretty close to online price depending on what you buy! I have probably been helped by every guy that works here and they have all offered pretty helpful insight on what flavors would be good. Glad I found these guys! Check them out! read more

Thought I could pop in to simply purchase a coil but after 10 min of waiting for anyone to to even acknowledge that we walked in I decided to go somewhere else to spend my money. There was a couple of other customers but the 3 children running the place probably couldn't handle the work load... never going back there. With the enormity of vape shops opening up poor Customer service can kill a business. I'm sure the owner would not approve.. read more

I've gone to quite a few vape stores lately, and while this place has a lot of potential to be a great store, the customer service kinda sucks. I've been there 3 times, and on 2 of those visits I was served by a short girl, with rings in her face and a bad attitude.. I don't mind piercings and tatoos, but a bad attitude towards the customer is never acceptable. Especially when you are competeting with online retailers who have better prices ON my most recent visit, She barely made eye contact, talked to me as if she was aggravated that she had to be there, and argued with her co-worker in front of customers, belittleing him in the process. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I like the way their testing station is set up. Each flavor has its own tank, eliminating the need to have an employee there to keep refilling cartomizers as you try different flavors. BUT.. at the price of getting treated like an a-hole its not worth it... I'll go to Artisan, or DFW vapor. read more

When I walked in the store I stood there for 5 minutes and nobody even attempted to help me they had a nice selection of juice in isolation of hardware but on their site it says that they have good customer service and I don't think that's true read more

Not a bad vapor store. The employees are fairly knowledgable and they are all friendly and helpful. The shop is kinda small, but it's OK. Lots of eJuice flavors but they are all store brand. That's my main complaint. read more

Great selection, as well as great customer service! My hubby & I make our own vapor juice, so we don't really care for their brand of juice. But, they always seem to have the mods, tanks, coils, etc that a lot of the other shops are sold out of. read more

Excellent service and juices. Lots to choose from and you can try anything.

Great shop with fantastic customer service. Good selection of ejuice and a continually expanding flavor catalog - I would guess they have more than 50 flavors today. They also have a good selection of beginner friendly ecigs that are far better then the cig shaped devices that you see in the mall kiosks but aren't as intimidating as some of the more advanced (and expensive) mods out there today. read more

At first the atmosphere was really good. However, the clerk was extremely rude. There was some juice I wanted but they only had it available in a big size and I didn't want to spend that much so I tried asking for something else and she seemed to get really mad. I was scared to even ask her anything else. She got really sarcastic and talked to me in a really disrespectful way. I understand if your having a bad day but you still don't talk to people like that. read more

Being going to the place for a while. I ask the guy what battery works with my piece. He sells me a battery a walk outside out it on and it doesn't work with my part. I walk in 1 min from purchase and they tell me they can't take a return unless it's a defect. Always have new idiots working there and tell me that after I've spent $100s-$1k with you! UNBELIVABL. Hope to keep others from going there! So angry! read more

Friendly staff, good prices on certain mods, high prices on others. Their high VG house blends are delicious and put out some serious clouds. Will certainly return to this store! read more

I really like this store. They have a very broad selection of flavors and I love that they have new flavors to try each month. They carry a very wide selection of batteries, tanks and mods and always seem to have most things in stock. The staff is really helpful and very knowledgeable which is a plus if you are trying to get into vaping. read more

I was recommended here by a friend and really wish I could give it a better rating but the customer service was very unwelcoming by the petite brunette who unfortunately helped me. She was busy talking with either friends or regular customers to help me try new juices. When I asked her for her helped she acted like I was putting her out :( . On the other hand the flavors were amazing!! Knowing there is another location I will NOT be returning to this particular location for the lack of good customer service from the girl. Hopefully the other store has friendlier employees. read more

So far, This is my favorite vape shop in the North Dallas area. They have a large selection of flavors available in several different strengths. The staff seems to be friendly and I have heard them helping others out in a polite way. read more

I love the staff here. Largely, they are kind and very helpful. If you are interested in the highly affordable basics with no bells and whistles, this is a great store for beginners. "Baby's first vape shop." If you are looking to expand your hobby in any real way you will inevitably move to a different store. I think this store has great potential should that potential be nurtured forward they will do well in the future. Currently it seems that WHV is not seeking to be competitive in any real way, but that is fine. Someone has to take care of the noobs in the hobby. In that way they do an outstanding job. The short term future of smoking is vaping! However, this store does not seem to question... What is the future of vaping culture? I hope to see this store grow... As I mentioned before, I see a great deal of potential. read more
