He wouldn't listen, wouldn't even look at what I was trying to show him, and his attitude was flat-out ugly. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. Instead, he told me I'd have to "come back when the owners are here," as if helping a loyal customer with a basic, two‑second task was too much for him. I've never been treated with such disrespect in this shop. And here's the thing: there are smoke shops on every corner around here. Customers have options -- plenty of them.
