I originally went in a year ago wanting to quit smoking. The gentleman working was very kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and helped me find what I needed to start the process. Walked in today in desperate need of a coil and also was looking for a New vape shop near my house for convenience the other vape store I used to shop at I got fed up buying from them I would always get a defective coils so I stopped going there So I figured today let me stop in and start here when I walked in there was a young girl I asked for a coil I needed a single coil as i did not feel like breaking a $100 bill She said plain out NO in a rude snobby tone and hurried and went back into the back room /table to "hang" so I said well I'm going to another store then Little did she know I would of became a very loyal customer I love to vape and I'm compulsive when shopping for different juices mods etc..every couple days and I'm always buying coils constantly.i have many friends and family that vape too and when I find a good shop I always recommend So the owners of chasing vapes you can thank your immature employee for losing very good customers I don't recommend anyone go to this store I spoken to other people in vape stores and they say the same about chasing vapes they are snobby and don't like to help these reviews are fake the 5 star ones these days anyone can write a review Instead of chasing vapes you should name your store chasing customers It's a shame I recently moved to Allen and there's a vape store down the street from me and I despise the place read more

I've never vaped before but I have been a smoker for 16 years and I needed to quit. I ready up on a few shops and it turns out that Chasing Vapes is owned by a couple who quit smoking by ecig and decided to open a shop to help other people quit smoking. I have no problem putting all my trust in these people. They even accommodated me when I couldn't figure out how to use one of the units I bought. Their prices are a little expensive. However, there is no problem with supporting a local vape shop instead of online shops. Bought a vape from them about a month ago and began to have issues with it. I decided to take it back to see if they would help me trouble shoot the issue. He spent about 20 minutes trying to fix it with no luck but right as I was about to lose hope he offered to take it home with him to see if there was anything he could do to fix it. To my surprise he was able to fix it! I went home with a new coil, a tank full of fluid and a new battery at absolutely zero cost to me and I can't thank him enough. While passing through North Texas I stopped in this shop to find a tank/mod kit and was pleasantly surprised with the selection. Incredibly friendly staff every time i go in. Shop is well organized, and i've gone in multiple times over the past couple months with a few of my vapes acting up, and they've always either found a solution or if not, a way to accommodate a new vape that suits my needs.
