Been coming here for years and never had any problems until tonight. I bought 2 disposable vapes for me and my fiancé. We unwrapped our vapes inside the store and walked out as we were hitting them. We had both hit them one time and immediately I could tell mine was burnt. I asked my fiancé to hit mine to make sure I was right and she agreed. We went right back inside (within 30 seconds) and told, who we think is the owner, about our problem. He scoffed and started going on about how "the first hit is always the most crucial" and "my saying is; if you burn 'em you keep 'em" which would be understandable if we were hitting it back to back but that vape was hit twice! I've built a great relationship with all of the staff but that wouldn't have happened If they weren't friendly people. I consider everyone here my family. Not sure why this place has any bad reviews! I've been coming here for months now and never had a bad experience. The prices can't be beat. The disposable vapes are cheaper here than any other place in the DFW, I'm convinced. You can buy two Eskobars for $25 (cash, i believe it's $27 if you use card), whereas other places are selling just one for $35!!! And these ones last the longest to me... I've seen some reviews saying their disposable vape died too soon, or didn't work. That's not the shops fault, you are supposed to try them before you leave because sometimes they can be faulty but it's not because of the shop itself. Once I bought like 6 disposables and one of them didn't work. I drove back to the shop and the owner (i think) switched it out for me with no questions asked. The employees aren't pushy like other places. They won't try to convince you to buy more things, but if you have any questions they will answer. So not only is their selection much larger and better and *cheaper* than other stores, but their customer service is top-notch compared to other places. Sometimes it can be pretty busy, but even when there's lots of customers inside I am still always in & out in under 3 minutes. They have a couple employees per shift, not just one like other places, so there's always someone available to help you. And sometimes they throw in a freebie for you!
