The staff there are great. No matter who you work with there, they are shockingly consistent about asking: 1. How's your day going? 2. Do you have any big plans this weekend/week? - it's like they've been programmed at the factory to say this every time. The owner kinda stinks though. I've done business with them for a couple of years, spending a lot of money on vapes and overpriced juice. The other day I bought the wrong disposable vape for my wife. I went back two days later to return the unopened $22 disposable vape and purchase a ~$80 vape mod. I was told the owner would have to be called to see if they could accept the return for a credit since it was more than 24 hours since purchase. The little man on the other side of the phone said he couldn't because they couldn't be sure that I didn't leave it in a car during that time period (but I guess this isn't an issue if I return it within 24 hours???). So then I ask the employee (who was trying his best) to call him back and reconsider. The owner said he would give me 50% credit for another version of the same product. I've been frequently going to this store for a while now. I've always been welcomed by the friendly staff if it's morning or night. They have millions of different vape juices and disposables the selection is great, They also have millions of Mods and parts for them here and in my experience they even showed me how to attach them and set them up properly. All the stuff here is priced right and great value. I drive past a couple other vape stores just to come here so that should tell you something. I would 100% recommend Je Vape all day! read more

To have to do this from my side is outrageous. I'm writing a review smh . I'm now one of those people. I purchased an expensive item thinking I needed it , turns out it's just the batteries. Left for 12 minutes, I work in Watters creek. Came back and explained. I didn't get a receipt because I chose not to receive one and as I came back the policy was explained. Cool beans , but the transaction is still fresh and the item is still wrapped up . I still purchase the batteries and was still wanting to make more purchases for the inconvenience that I might have caused. I spent a smooth two hundred quickly for no reason . I purchased 3 of my fave vapes and he offered another flavored brand, new to sample. Although delicious, I still preferred my normal vapes.
