It's been almost a month now since the so called lockdown begin for Dallas county and it was hard to find some CBD oil. This place came through for me, they had curbside pickup. The service has time and time again lied to me on separate, whoever the man with the beard working at the front counter is, claims to be the owner, so I guess this store doesn't give refunds because he did not give me one. On top of that, I have bought a Sourin from this place 8 separate times and the same reason is to why that is. I am told that it is me, and not the product that has malfunctioned on 8 separate occasions (I've literally owned every color). It is hard to understand that when every other Sourin pod I buy from there, brand new, does not work. Absurd as to the magnitude of how this operation is run, seems to be no one is in charge, and have significant doubts of the quality of all products in this store. read more

He prepared 2 different bottles because I like menthol and was trying the cherry flavor for the first time and it took that many tries until it came together. Told these guys I was from out of town and needed an emergency vape. Had a 510 tank and coil already, but needed a battery. Big mistake telling them I was from out of town. They sold me some pos, e-mini piece of garbage. Opened the plastic and felt the radioactive trash humming in my hand. The piece was dead out of the box. Not just needing charge but dead, as in DOA. They had no trouble taking my money and trying to sell me some counterfeit CBD gummies. Asked to use restroom and they looked at each other and chuckled like I had just made a joke. The older scammer said "No. haha we uh it's out. There's a gas station down there." Took all the money I could spare on a vape for a damn paperweight. The owner here is very nice! Great customer service and good prices. I go to this shop when I'm in a pinch only because for some reason they just can't get my flavor right. He tries his best but it always ends up tasting like flowers. I always end up going to my regular shop as soon as I can after buying juice from xtreme vape. So I gave 4 stars. It's kind of a waste of money for me to use the juice for a short time then never use it again. Maybe it would be better if I could buy a very small bottle to get me through the work day till I can go to my regular shop. Other than that, great place! read more

I discovered this store about 2 years ago because it was between work and home. Boy am I glad I did! The owners are AMAZING people who genuinely care about their customers. Just discovered this vapor shop. I'm glad I did. A very simple shop with a modest selection. The liquids they have are very flavorful. I didn't taste a bad one out of the dozen or so I sampled. They can customize on the spot. Good friendly folks here. I prefer this kind of vape shop to the ones that have hundreds of flavors. Too many flavors can be a bit overwhelming. I put a one star up for this company complaining about how an employee spoke to my son while shopping. The owner Chris addressed my complaint promptly. He took the initiative to make right a wrong and even gave me a credit for my purchase because the experience wasn't a perfect 10. Companies like this are rare to come by. Although skeptical at first I will absolutely recommend them in the future. I'm in business for myself also and I've learned its not about making mistakes because they do happen, it's about how you handle the situation after that mistake.
