This shop exceeds my expectations. I bought a vape about 3 weeks ago on sale for $20. When I was leaving the guy let me know if I had any issues, I could bring it back and exchange it. I joked saying it was such a good deal that I wasn't worried. Last night, it died on me. I did all troubleshooting and still failed. I called Wickedly Hot Vapors, and they gave me the expected run down (no visible damage and within 30 day) and said I could bring it in. A short time for them to confirm it was no good and replaced it with zero issues. On top of this, they always have great juices on sale. Not always the flavors I use, but they have popular brands at a true discount. Thank you guys for having amazing customer service and a variety of great products! I love this store. They have great prices and a fantastic rebate policy that allows customers to accumulate reward points. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the latest products. Parker in particular saw me waiting last week and 9:50am which is 10 minutes before opening. He opened the store early just so that he could take care of me. They never try to push the high-end units on you, make sure you know how to operate and refill the unit you buy and make sure you're paired up with a flavor you really love at a nicotine dosage that's right for you. A lot of these places will overwhelm you with facts and info about their products instead of really getting to know the customer and their needs like Wicked Hot does. Loved it. Went in last night, as I'm still on the search for my Dallas shop. So far I really haven't been impressed by any shop here yet. This is the first Vape shop that I can say I truly love and WILL be coming back. Think I may have found my new shop. I've only been to the Richardson store and the Plano store. The employees are very easy going and nice. I've only been ID'd once, the first time I walked into the store. Since then they have not asked. I really appreciate that. The last time I went, the employee that helped me, I believe her name was Jennifer, was very helpful. I gave her the nickel and she let me try her three favorite flavors. If you are in the area and you vape, I would suggest coming to here, it's all around a nice environment. I purchased 2 cartons on 3/15/2019. On 3/18/2019 the money came out of my bank account twice. When I bought the cartons the first time he swiped my card he said it didnt go through so he did it again. When I saw that it came out twice I thought he just made a mistake. I went back there with a copy of my bank register showing the double charges to get one refunded to me. The owner told me NO he wouldn't refund me because he only had 1 signed receipt. Well of course he only had 1 signed receipt because he told me the first one didnt go through! He has refused to give me back my money so I had to go to my bank to dispute it. I now believe he did it on purpose. I will never go there again and if you do dont fall for his scam! read more

Came in with my mother, whom I'm trying to get off tobacco. I knew exactly what she needed/wanted after taking an entire year talking to her about vaping. Within 90 seconds of first contact with a salesperson, they talked her out of what she wanted to buy by scaring her by telling her the product would produce "too much vapor." They also told my mom some BS story about her coughing her lungs out for a few weeks when she starts vaping. Thanks for nothing, you ninnywits for scaring her back to tobacco and selling her a mod and tank she doesn't even use because it sucks. /facepalm read more

This store and the employee who has longer brown hair and a beard may very well be the reason my mother can quit smoking after 40 years. His help and knowledge was perfect, she now has a setup she is happy with and doesnt cause her problems like her old one. I purchased an iTaste V3.0 VV from this store 2 weeks ago. The unit would not hold a charge. Finally took it back today. After waiting 20 minutes while they tried to charge it, they wanted me to wait and see how long it would take to die on its own. I told them I was not going to sit around and wait another 30 minutes. I was not asking for my money back ; just an even exchange for the exact same unit. I finally left the broken unit on the counter and walked out. Never buy anything from this store if you expect to be treated fairly after the sale. As far as I am concerned they may as well have stuck their hands in my wallet and stolen $40. read more

It is set-up like a bar, but without properly trained bartenders. There is no "line" to get into, so they should have been trained to handle people in order. Whoever is the pushiest gets service, first. They do not track who came in through the door, first. And, I am a monster of a man, hard to miss. There were two employees for about 15 customers. For coils when my shop isn't open would be the only reason I would come here. Their juice isn't made in house (red flag) not to mention they are a bit overpriced. I have been spoiled by my regular shop and was disappointed when I walked in. My buddy got juice here and it turned brown with in a week. (Like couldn't see in it almost black) meaning that it is most likely watered down to stretch it out. Disappointing. read more

Fairly disappointed in the customer service at Wickedly Hot Vapors in Richardson. I come in to purchase Juul pods here 2-3 times per week and up until now have been pleased with everything. Reasonable price, friendly staff and Its never too crowded so I can get in and out. Today I went in to purchase 2 packs of Juul pods and asked for their mint flavor. The employee working rang me up while he was eating his lunch. He asked if I needed a bag or receipt, I declined and was out the door. I drove home and opened the pack of pods only to find then that they were not the mint flavor I had requested but a new cucumber flavor that I was not aware was available. Both flavors have a white box with green pods on the case and look very similar. The employee had given me the wrong ones by accident. Once I realized the mistake I jumped in my car back to the store to return the pods and get the pods I had originally requested. When i got back to the store I told an employee what had happened and requested both packs be swapped out for the mint flavor since I had been sold the wrong items. they told me they would happily exchange the unopened box but would not be able to do anything about the box I had opened. I expressed my concern with this and thought it was unfair that their employee had made a mistake and had carelessly sold me the wrong items. I realize that I had opened the box, but the two look so similar- the thought didn't even cross my mind once I had seen a shade of green on the box, that perhaps the employee didn't know their own inventory. I spoke with the Manager by telephone and he relayed the same message. Nothing we can do about the opened box. I told him it was his employee had sold my the wrong product and didn't believe it was fair of him to hold the customer accountable for an employees blunder. I told him in most cases where this occurs, a store will eat the cost for their mistake and not hold the customer accountable. He did not agree. I told him I had been a loyal customer and would cease shopping there if it wasn't made right. He told me they were sorry to lose my business. I told him I would share my story on Yelp. He told me he was sorry I felt I had to do that. I believe it would have been more than fair for them to exchange both boxes, and swallow the loss on the opened box, after all it was their employee who made the mistake and sold me the wrong product. Should I have to check that he is properly informed on their inventory they sell and have to check his work for him? They didn't even offer to compromise and offer to sell me the mint flavor for half off. I know we both made mistakes but it just doesn't sit well with me that 100% of the burden should fall on the customer. If I were at a restaurant and ordered a pasta dish without meat, and the waiter brought me a dish with meat, but it took me a bite to figure out the mistake- They would usually admit they were wrong and bring me the correct dish. Wickedly Hot Vapors would tell you yes, they made a mistake but you took a bite already so you're on the hook for it. They can bring you the meat free pasta but you'll now have to pay for both. Not a great way to have clients return and run a successful business. The employees were polite enough about it but I think they need to reconsider how they treat their customers. read more

The store manager, Sean, always goes above and beyond with any questions/concerns I have. I have never felt the "pushy" sales tactic from anyone at this store. The staff here are incredibly friendly every time I visit. These guys and gals know anything and everything about any mods, tanks and juice in the shop. They are very helpful when it comes to troubleshooting with any hardware, even that which you may not have purchased from them. They do free build and tutorials, as long as they aren't too busy. They have a ridiculous amount of house juice and carry a good amount of premium lunes as well. I've never had a bad experience here. read more
