Store is easy to get to and is large, clean, and organized. In my experience the staff has be more helpful than not. I've had a few encounters where I experienced attitude (I asked for a cartridge on the top row requiring the employee to use a small step ladder). 99% of the time I am only coming in to purchase Delta 8 cartridges or a disposable vape and they have what I'm looking for. The price of their Delta 8 cartridges is what keeps me coming back. I have frequented a few other shops in the area and each one is more expensive than the last. The Peace Cloud surprisingly has the cheaper option for Delta 8 cartridges in the immediate Rockwall/Rowlett area. Currently as of this review, they are having a 2 for $70 deal for 3Chi Delta 8 carts. Other stores are selling them and other brands upwards of $45 a pop. Store has a frequent customer points program so you keep coming back. Usually its either $10 off or 10% off your purchase when you're able to redeem your points. read more

I came across this store randomly one night and had the best experience that's kept me coming for so long since ! Every time I come in I'm greeted with a smile and a "welcome back", they've never ignored a request or made me feel stupid for asking questions about anything and everything. All the girls always give me the best advice on what to spend my money and what's not worth it. And all the guys do... JUST THE SAME everyone there is nothing but helpful and welcoming! I've been coming here for years, costumer service is great, never had to complain. Today I came to purchase a vape, and a new girl with glasses took care of me. She had an attitude or maybe she just doesn't like her job, idk. The vape I purchased was very weak and sometimes it wouldn't hit. Bought the wrong the wrong device today. My fault in the end I suppose but I had friends waiting so little rushed. Anyway, I asked a specific , straightforward question and got a similar answer. Problem was that, either I didn't communicate clearly or a sales person didn't listen, hear or know about the functions/settings of a device. Anyway spent over 200, worked rest of the day and finally opened it up to learn that clearly one of us made an honest mistake. Thought "no big deal". I'll just go in and buy the right one. After all I bought it today and have the receipt. So I was a little surprised when I called and was asked whether or not I opened the box?!? Huh? Ahhhh yeah. Apparently it was now unusable. Lol In the manager's defense he did say that if I wanted to come in and get the right one, he'd give me a 15% discount. I said "Nah. Thank you though". Guess I'd rather right this review. And that makes me wonder the true "cost" of having ridiculous policies that aren't...well fair. Also, I'm guessing the manufacturer will swap it out. Probably because they are willing to lose, at most, a 100 bucks in order to gain a loyal customer who returns again and again, tells his friends about the excellent service there and, most importantly, writes 5 star reviews. read more

As always this is an amazing store, very well kept and well organized. overall just a really good environment. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they're always fun to talk to and it's always a good time. they know the product very well they've even helped me select a few Vapes in the past. I pretty much buy all my supplies from the peace cloud. it's a bit of a drive for me but in my opinion it's worth it. I come to the rowlett area two or three times a month and I always make it my point to go to the peace cloud and get my supplies. Unprofessional, slow, the assistant manager is very unprofessional and rude. She has a constant bitch face on as if she hates her job which is probably why she is so rude. I have been a long time customer spending a couple thousand dollars a year and since she has gone on as assistant manager the whole experience has been awful. Stay away! COVID-19 HEALTH ALERT! STOP! RADA, the owner of Peace Cloud pretends to be a regular employee so she doesn't have to answer to reselling health products, in my opinion. I purchased a device from Peace Cloud. When I got home l saw that it had tape all around it stating "No Return With Broken Seal" but the seal was already broken. When I opened the box, it was obvious that the device had been used before. Some of the tools were missing. The device contained burned material in it. Apparently it was a return from some previous owner. Needless to say, I was very upset about that. The very next day I returned to the Peace Cloud and asked for the manager of the store. Unprofessional woman who sold it to me went to the back of the store came back and said that the manager was sick right now. I asked her if that woman owned the store, and she said "Yes, and she was NOT sick". So, RADA, was there, but pretended to be a regular employee. I was right there looking at that woman in her face, and they were saying she was at home sick. There are many other places you can safely purchase products. read more

Super upset. I come in and the night girl with the fake eyelashes tells me y'all don't change coils anymore bc it's a liability. Obviously idk how or I wouldn't ask. She gives me the .4 ohm coil for the prince stick and I say mine is .17 I think u gave me the wrong one. She's like no actually I gave you the best one for your deal. Like she did me a favor. 1) I just looked up the different coils for this vape and this is in no way the "best" one. 2) it hits like shit!! Regardless of personal opinion fake eyelash girl should def listen to the customer if they're specifically asking for something. I know I can't return it so now I'm just stuck with this shitty coil. My husband and I have vaped before but dropped the hobby for a few years. We saw this place pop up and after going to a vape/smoke shop called Gas Pipe and being extremely unimpressed, this place was like a breath of fresh air. (Har, har) You walk in and there isn't music or smells blasting in your face. The guy at the counter was VERY helpful. He obviously knew what he was talking about as he educated us on how everything has changed since we dropped the vaping so long ago. He explained coils, drip tips, the new batteries and CBD oil while also giving us his own opinion on things as well as letting us come to our own conclusions. He didnt make us feel like we were being pressured to buy something and he didnt shove any brands down our throats. It was really nice. He didn't seem like he was pushing for a sale and let us have some time to talk over what we wanted and to ask more questions without being irritated that we hadn't handed over our wallet yet even though he spent a good 30 minutes+. He heard us when we were talking about wanting a good product but within a budget and he let us see, hold and feel different battery packs/tips/etc to see how we liked it. He seemed very honest and open and we felt like valuable customers and in the end, decided to get a new vape kit and after purchasing it and picking out a flavor, he even took it all apart for us and showed us how it goes together and filled it up to make sure everything was working smoothly which was pretty awesome. Everything was really clean and the floor was a nice thin carpet that made the place seem warmer while also having some incredibly comfortable chairs for those who wanted to vape or were waiting for their turn. They also have a big series of flavors that we can't wait to go back to try out. Overall, the guy really sold us on that place and because of him it will probably be our only vape shop as its really close to home but really feels homey while the other places we've gone to have either been filled with eye-watering, nose-burning overabundance of incense while also blasting the typical stoner music so loud that you don't really feel like screaming to talk over it if you have any questions for the employees. But the biggest draw for this place was the friendly guy as it seems in some other vape shops we've been to, the guys/gals behind the counter just state "Let me know if you need help." and then they stalk you and prowl around you on the store, making you feel like you should probably leave. This place was nothing like that and so this shop will definitely be getting more of our business! read more

In shopping with Peace Cloud for YEARS, Never had issues with staff or any of their products - HOWEVER things are a changing. Simple water pipe, brought home - Has some kind of pin hole leak on bottom of it. When calling the store and got a little girl claiming she was the manager, she stated that they check ALL of their products thoroughly and we must have broke it. Just had the worst experience tonight. Been a loyal customer since they opened for all of mine and my finances vapes. Cant even count how much money we have spent there. Went in to purchase a single imren for my 80watt alien which I have done several times before even 5 days ago. But now apparently the dont sell single 18650 batteries. How does a vape shop that sells mods that only take 1 battery not sell them single. Or mods that need 3 batteries. So if I need 1 I have to buy 2, if i need 3 i have to buy 4. Every other time i have went in i was asked if i want 1 or 2. Now the guy that's apparently been working there for 5 months says they come in a package together and cannot be sold separately. Giving it a 1 star because you can't give lower. Spent 46 dollars on Juul compatible pods here and had to immediately return because all of the pods were over steeped out of date. Sea pods come light lemonade yellow to a very light Amber at darkest. These pods were as dark as over strength ice tea! Sea pods have lucious fruit flavors with a hint of tobacco. THESE TASTED LIGHT BURNT CARAMEL WITH A HIMT OF SOME FRUIT/SWEETNESS. I could not overly stress That the product they had was out of date and they should send them back to the distributor if they truly just got them in a new shipment and insisted that they were given faulty product and that I would not make something like this up. I never return because I didn't end up liking a liquids taste when I vaped it a bit or leave negative yelp reviews, but never say never! The manager sat and argued with me, what happened to the customer is always right, especially when they are who keep the lights on. She was a bit too stubborn and prideful and couldn't accept honest feedback to better their business. She instead insisted that their customers came their specifically for the over steeped pods.
