I've had a few encounters where I experienced attitude (I asked for a cartridge on the top row requiring the employee to use a small step ladder). 99% of the time I am only coming in to purchase Delta 8 cartridges or a disposable vape and they have what I'm looking for. The price of their Delta 8 cartridges is what keeps me coming back. I have frequented a few other shops in the area and each one is more expensive than the last. The Peace Cloud surprisingly has the cheaper option for Delta 8 cartridges in the immediate Rockwall/Rowlett area. Currently as of this review, they are having a 2 for $70 deal for 3Chi Delta 8 carts. Other stores are selling them and other brands upwards of $45 a pop. Store has a frequent customer points program so you keep coming back. Usually its either $10 off or 10% off your purchase when you're able to redeem your points.

So incredibly disrespectful! Several months ago I had won on one of their slot machines. And…read moreapparently the manager did not trust the employees enough to leave them the key to the safe. So they were not able to cash me out. The The employee explained that this happened quite often and wrote me an IOU. I attempted to cash the IOU several times with no luck due to the manager not being there. When I presented it tonight, the man behind the counter, who I think goes by Black rudely told me that the employee who wrote the note hadn't worked their in months. As if that means anything! And then very aggressively told me I needed to get out. I explained how even if he wasn't able to cash it I was planning on buying some things. He even more threatening said "get out now." This punk is truly an embarrassment to the company. I will never buy anything from him and I will tell my friends about him.

The place is clean and has a great vibe. I can't wait to go back here! It's tucked away in deep ellum, a little away from all the bars and clubs, so it's in a great spot. Definitely will return and I've already recommended it to several others. Fantastic place

Being a "non-essential" business they had to close the brick and mortar locations due to the COVID-19 / Corona virus pandemic. A couple weeks ago, I realized I was going to run out of juice and searched for a highly rated vape shop and placed an order from West Coast Vape Supply out of Las Vegas. 10 days passed and my order hadn't even been prepared to ship! So I thought, "why not check to see if 710 ships?" (What I should've done in the first place) Not only do they ship, but I literally had my package 24 hours (or less) after my order was submitted! And the icing on the cake - FREE SHIPPING on orders $35+ Customer for life here!
