They usually have good service but one burgundy haired, dirty mouth white girl was very rude and purposefully over charged me. When I politely mentioned my issue, she wafted me away as if she did not care. She then began arguing with me and called the police to have me escorted off the premises rather than accommodate a returning customer. Don't even waste your money here!!!!!!! All THEIR GLASS IS FAKE! Just regular blown cheap ass glass and they slap big brand names on it! I HAD TO GET INTO CONTACT WITH MOBIUS BECAUSE THEY ARE SELLING A 180$ piece with a paint on sticker that scratched off, this piece online is 400$ before shipping and taxes! I contacted the vendor and sent them pictures of them in the store and about my encounter and they said that their pieces don't even look like that and they don't have any idea of them doing this! Also this is not my first time buying fakeglass from them, this is just now me catching on. I also bought a toro from them that they were selling also have pictures or them on the shelf in the store and my receipt of purchase they sell for cheap in the 100-150$ range and they are complete crap too because the look alike online are 500+ dollars. I got 9 Juicy Jays, a pack of White Owls, tips, screens, and a new ERGO grinder! For 100 dollars. Amazing! He took the time, didn't rush me, he was *beyond* nice, it was obvious this was his shop. He showed me the best grinders, let me check them out, hold them and knew the products inside out. They check your ID immediately, so have it ready. He checked my ID with the credit card purchase - which I appreciate - I can't stand when they don't ask to make sure Im not someone else. I will 1000000000% recommend, rant and rave to my friends. The staff was very helpful selling me an e-cig system when I went in. It was not inexpensive. However, it would not recharge. When I went back to the shop for assistance, I was told it had been to long and I had probably tried to charge it incorrectly and I was out of luck. I'll never go back. A place down the street helped me figure out that it was the battery and and sold me a new one for $18. Much cheaper that the original. Plus they pointed out the mouthpiece was a Chinese knock-off. read more
