I didn't start out my vaping experience at this shop, but since coming here, I won't go anywhere else. Prior to visiting this place, I had been going to DFW vapor (don't judge). I had bought a tank and battery from them that broke within 4 months of use, and when I went back, DFW Vapor sold me a battery that was faulty and non-working three days after purchase, and refused to replace it. So, I was left without any method of vaping. This place is pretty close to my house, so on a whim I stopped by. I was greeted immediately by an employee who happened to be the manager. I explained my situation and asked what tank and battery she recommended. She sat me up with a nautilus mini tank and I-stick 30w battery, gave me a free bottle of juice (that was mixed in front of me), and gave me a discount. In addition, when I had been going to DFW, the liquid would burn easily, and turn black after a short time. I haven't had that problem with any of vaporwize's flavors. They're all fresh and taste great no matter what wattage I use. Every employee I've met is accommodating, and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. Tip: if it's raining or there's bad weather, bring cash. Their credit card machine gets testy with weather due to the internet connection. read more

I came into Vapor Wize because of the high ratings, however I wasn't too impressed. Prices here are extremely marked up compared to other vape stores and online retailers. That being said, I came in looking for an AL85 Baby beast coil and some Naked Berry Lush E-Juice. I was charged $6 for one coil and $30 for the juice. You can purchase a pack of 4-5 coils online for about $8-$12. The juice, as well, is about $15-$20. I was in a time crunch, so I went through with the purchase. I also tipped 2 dollars so that rounded the total to about $40. Service was mediocre; the guy working didn't seem to care too much. I'm giving +1 star since I asked the guy working if he could change the coil for me. TLDR: if you're okay with waiting 4-5 days for vape supplies to come in the mail you're probably better off shopping online. Now I know for next time. read more

All in all. Tony deserves a 5 star, although their prices COULD BE a little bit better. But at the end of the day, I am willing to bite the bullet for the extra couple dollars and see Tony. Vapor Wize - Thumbs up - Vape Shops Near Me - Plano, Texas

I came here after reading so many favorable reviews needing more juice to get me through until my premium online delivery arrived. I've been vaping for nearly two years and I make it a point to check out as many shops as I can. I can honestly say this is the oddest shop I've ever been in and I just don't "get" it. Full disclosure, I'm pretty picky about my juice. I seem to be pretty sensitive to juice and require a high VG blend with pure ingredients otherwise I end up violently coughing. I also want my flavors to taste authentic. Cherry should taste like I'm biting into a fresh ripe cherry, not like Luden's Cough Drops or a Jolly Rancher. That said, this establishment pretty much only sells their house juice. Its not my thing (I've yet to find one that doesn't make me cough), but I won't knock them for that. They did have a handful (maybe 10 bottles) of random premium juices in random strengths from juice houses I had never heard of. BUT my biggest problem is that you can't try ANY of the flavors. They have zero testers of anything in the shop. Never have I seen such a thing! The young man in the shop was super helpful and apologetic and tried to help me find a flavor, but how am I supposed to know if I can't actually try it? He ended up handing me clear ketchup squeeze bottles full of flavor and offering to let me smell it. I'm supposed to commit to a flavor mix by smell? Sigh... He ended up selling me a fruity mix he recommended and told me if I didn't like it I could return/exchange it for another flavor. The bottle was your generic clear plastic squeeze bottle, but this didn't even come with a label. If you were buying multiple flavors or strengths, I'm not sure what you're supposed to do to keep track of which is which and it seems odd that they aren't proud enough of their own juice to put their branding on the package. You really couldn't spring for some Avery printout labels? Of course, the juice made me cough and the flavor tasted like a bad fruity car freshener smells. Had I have been able to try it, I definitely would not have purchased it. I ended up throwing the juice out and having to soak my coil just to get the flavor out of it. The thought of exchanging it by smelling other flavors wasn't even an option. I don't see this establishment lasting long in this competitive market and I am genuinely baffled by all the 5 star reviews here. Not to drone on, but even if house made juices are your juice of choice, you should be able to sample each and every one before purchasing. read more

Two words. BRY-DON. Brydon is the guy that has me raving about this place. My wife and I vape. But my wife is the VAPER in the family. She is very demanding and quite picky when it comes to rigs and liquids. She uses this juice that her previous provided concocted for her, whose store has since shut down. Brydon was the only one that was able to replicate the liquid. So points for Brydon there. But yesterday Brydon was not in. As per her habit my wife called in and requested a bottle of her special mix. So she sends her gofer (me) to pick up the juice. I get there and the dude manning the store was like, you here to pick up? I acknowledge in the affirmative and he tells me $17.30 and we finish tell transaction. Dude hands me the bottle and I make my get-away. I get home and my wife gives the product one glance and she sez WTF! Is that? I stammer, pee my pants, beg for forgiveness and at the same time blaming the Dude at the store. It worked. But I had to promise that we made time to go back today. We go back today and the Vape god's little angel Brydon was present. The Mrs. spill the beans and Brydon sez "No worries me Lady, I will remedy the error." That he did. He even discovered the premixed bottle that I should have walked out with yesterday. The other magic trick Brydon performed today was the disappearing charge for the extra bottle. This shop is definitely for beginners in the vaping scene. Prices are VERY high for mods and tanks. Not much stock as far as rebuildables are concerned. Juice is sub par even though it is mixed in house. With so many vape shops in Plano and surrounding suburbs that have so much better prices, I can't see why anyone who knows better would go to this shop. 100 dollar Vamo's and 45 dollar ego "kits"?! Came in here with my friend because he wanted more juice and new coils and was immediately disappointed. The person working seems completely disinterested and lacked customer service skills. I get it that sometimes people have bad days, however he simply gave one-worded responses to each question that was asked. Another thing that I speculated was that the prices were completely outrageous. All of these reviews that say that they sell their products at a low price must have been bribed with a discount or something if they were to give high reviews. My friend had purchased a bottle of 30 mg juice and a single baby coil for $40. Looking online and at other stores, the juice markets for about $20 and the coils can be purchased in bulk for about $8 for 5. If you're in the area and are in DIRE need, then yeah go for it. Other than that, this location is overpriced with mediocre customer service. Wish I could say something positive about Vapor Wize but I honestly don't think there is. read more

First time and definitely the last time in this store. They sold me defective juice then refused to issue a refund but did offer to mix up a new batch or a store credit. After about 30 minutes of using this juice I had a very difficult time breathing as if it was straight PG. Couldn't take a chance on more juice. About 30 minutes after using the juice my breathing returned to normal. The owner said a return would be a health issue. What about the 'health issue' from the garbage you sold me? I left the opened bottle and 4 unopened bottles at the store. So now I'm out my money and the juice. They don't provide any way to test the juice before purchase. That alone is odd. No other vape store that I know of refuses to let you taste it first. But now I see why. They don't put labels on the bottles either which is odd. Check another 1 star review below. Similar experience. Live and learn. All over $42. I'm guessing the 5 star Yelp reviews for this place are either planted or fake. The employee who assisted me was very helpful and polite. All he could do was what the owner told him. I left him a 10% tip. 5 stars for him but 1 star for the owner of this business and 0 stars for the juice. read more

5 words "Bydon no longer works there" and ownership has changed. AVOID THIS SHOP! The customer service is atrocious and the quality of house juices has gone down the drain. I recently walked out because of how another customer was treated. She had purchased a mod and it was defective. The co-owner refused to give her a replacement or a refund!
