They used to honor veteran discounts but now, they only honor active duty discounts, which makes no sense considering half the stuff in this store would be contraband at a military installation. Places like this store help veterans like me with service connected ptsd and disability and I wouldn't care so much if there were no discounts at all but to change it to only active duty... like that makes no sense. Of all the vape shops in the area, this place had great ratings & being of the need for a habit change, I decided to stop in. At first, I wasn't sure I was going to find what I was looking for but Anthony changed that and totally sold me. He is AWESOME. Anthony was super patient with me and VERY knowledgeable of the products; He had an answer (or quickly found the answer) for literally every question I threw at him. He helped me pick out the coolest & cutest new toy, let me test out all the juices I wanted & showed me how to properly get it started, changed and everything. The other guys in the shop were really funny too and it only made the sale more enjoyable for me. 710 has so many more products than just Vapes so I'd recommend taking a look around, although I just got what I needed & dipped. They made several suggestions and I ended up with the Smok AL85. It seems to pack a punch and I'm looking forward to a peaceful, problem free vape experience now. Just turned 21 Tuesday and went in for the first time a young lady helped me and I felt welcomed so I came back today Saturday the 15th and was very disappointed in the service.... Got my license to change so it wouldn't say under 21 until this date in bold, and I had an government issued paper one from the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFTEY. I was denied service and I was amazed. How am I supposed to identify myself until my physical card came in so I called there neighbors on Lemmon ave and was told completely different she said as long as my face and date of birth was on there I would be fine to buy products. So I don't know if I was being discriminated for tampering a government issued paper but I'm highly disappointed and will further look into this because how will the same company tell me 2 different things doesn't make sense to me. read more

I've gone there multiple times (dropping quite a bit of money all total), and I'm just not happy with the quality of service there (or even the prices). There was one guy who used to work there (unfortunately I don't remember his name) who seemed to know his stuff, but I haven't seen him in a while so I'm assuming he's moved on to greener pastures. This is hands down the premier establishment for the retail purchase of all things smoke. They cater to the everyday tobacco smokers needs with shelves chock full with not only item variety including:colors/styles/numerous signature lines etc... they add depth by having that selection in different stages of a users knowledge vs experience in that products class. Its tangible, hands on product explanation for the customer allowing them to make the best overall decision in any purchase. I however know them strictly as a vapor or e cig retailer.... and boy do they kick ass at it. This place is just awful. I've given them hundreds of dollars for vapes and ecigs that will literally only last like 3months if I'm lucky and I don't have to go back to buy more parts.
