I love this shop. It's Mohammed's place and he, along with everyone who works there always greets me so warmly! The products are great, they have everything, and the people working there are very knowledgeable an always steer me right! It looks a bit rough on the outside, but inside is brightly lit and a cheerful atmosphere. I always go here no matter where I live in Dallas cause I really do love this place. read more

Came in here on 2 occasions, first time was okay got the shisha I needed from a nice person whom I'm sure identifies with (they, or she pronouns) Then I came back 6/10/26 got what I needed again but whomever the white young lady who was working felt very entitled to be in my conversation while I was otp, not obnoxiously either mind you and had the nerve to tell me to "watch how I spoke" in her shop and proceeded to go back and forth with me because who are you talking to??!? Please Take your money elsewhere, you SHOULD value customer service. read more

Price is Wayyyyy too high for 7 OH !! It's like double the price than at anywhere else. Even their 40mg singles are 15 bucks! Crazy!! No way I'll ever come back,, that's just greedy. SMDH. read more

They sell whipits and provide people with the balloons one of the employees had said which ones taste the best ect and that also shared that in recent times (she is tall with blue eyes blonde hair) has said to someone that she has ended up in hospital due to her and them selling whipits. They were feeling sick and dizzy and did not "know" what was going on until they went to the hospital. MIND YOU SHE WAS WORKING WHILE TELLING A CUSTOMER THIS.!!!They do not care about their customers or employees. PERIOD. read more

McKenzie (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was such a GEM! McKenzie, is the PRIME example of excellent customer service. We are also very happy with our purchase. Thank you so much for being AWESOME! read more

This place has always been 5 stars for me because of the wide variety of selection and the good customer service. In fact I have been spending at least $250 weekly there for a couple years now but it's crazy what some consistent sub par experiences with an employee that I believe is new can change someone's opinion. Right off the bat it's very clear he doesn't want to be there. And that makes me not want to bother the kid when I have questions. Maybe sales just isn't for him. Or maybe he's new the workforce. Ot maybe he's just young and immature. Or maybe he's a little lazy. I don't know - I hate to speculate | just want to give benefit of doubt. We all have our private lives. just hope the owner knows the type of people he's choosing to be the face of that location because it's very apparent this young kid working there either have no sales experience or just doesn't want to be there. I won't go into detail about the incident because it's not worth bringing it up but it is worth the brief review. I'd really like to know what other locals think. I have a lot of love for this shop but I'll come back when the youngster is gone. 1 month or 1 year, I'm a patient man. I only want to bring awareness to owners so they know where the employees are lacking. I never have had an issue with anybody here and they are very polite and professional. All but.... if you are reading this I hope you continue to improve and better yourself along the journey because it's clear you have a lot to learn. It's okay. We have all been there. read more

Huge selection. Huge prices. They have hookah tobacco at 3x for basic Al fakher. Getting my stuff online lol

Selling fake vapes. I wouldn't have really noticed but it died in less than 24 hours. I went to look at the packaging and there is no safety seal, serial number, or any other markings of authenticity. Will not return. read more

Not good, the product that I purchased was garbage, they was smoking in front of the door

My ALL TIME FAVORITE shop! Such a huge selection of water-pipes, regular pipes, all vaping needs, hookah, and everything else you can imagine. First and LAST time stopping by. My husband and I are regulars at local smoke shops but haven't noticed this shop. When we walked in, we were pulled into their selection of incense and filled up a couple bags. As we made a round through the store, the man at the cashier rudely told us "There's a 10 minute shopping time. You have ten minutes to browse before you have to leave". Super unprofessional and a great way to lose customers. Like I said, first and last time stopping by. read more

Worst customer service ever old dude started give me attitude because the disposable was leaking like its my fault I don't recommend this at all I never wrote a review before but he pissed me off tbh read more

The bowl that came with the over priced mini bong I purchased here fell apart while I was running it under room temperature water. The bottom part of the bowl was glued to the top part using water soluble glue. When I returned with the unglued bowl parts the next day, the owner smiled at me and told me that "they take no responsibility" once a product leaves their store and refused to provide a refund. Too bad - he could have replaced a $5 bowl and saved a returning customer. read more

He recommended based on my price point. Showed me how to set up the hookah and gave a business card Incase i had any other questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products. I would def return and recommend. read more

If you're looking for a chill hippy spot That reeks of incense and has people too whacked out to tell you what's going on, then definitely don't go to this place because the shop is totally legit and the people running it know their entire stock. Also I personally have found that almost all of their stuff is a little bit cheaper than what I have found at other shops in my East Dallas neighborhood. Not to mention they have an extremely large collection and I have lots of cool stuff I never knew I needed. read more

This is a horrible place, no refunds and no exchanges on any product. I was sold a product for $70 when the same day I found the exact product a block away for 25. I wouldn't recommend going to them unless you have done your own research. They will try to sell you unnecessary products if they feel that you are unaware of the products, which is what was done to me. read more

They sold me a defective pod pack I immediately went back showed them, instead of offering a exchange told me there was nothing they could do. They don't offer exchanges refunds or anything else read more

The worst service. Just plain rude. I have been in there and spend plenty of money a number of times they have alright selection if you were allowed to look at it without being hassled . After 2-3 minutes of looking she tells me there is a time limit to how long I can look as if I had been loitering for hours. Will not be going back for any further verbal assaults. If you are the type of guy that into being treated like crap than this is the place for you. read more

The abosolute worst experience ever. I bought a morph two and it stopped working the next day not only that I was charged 129 dollars for it when it's 72 bucks on the smok website. Ripoff and they suck at business read more
