They did not have anything I was looking for, so I just bought a five pack of coils and it's a good thing I checked before I left because they only gave me three of the five in the container (so always check!). It appeared that there was only one person working but I was the only person there, so... I have no idea why it took as long as it did, but I was there for at least half an hour just to get the five coils. I'm still giving them three stars because they are open 24/7, which is more than almost anywhere else in the metroplex, so they get a bonus star for that! Perhaps they are able to run things more efficiently in the daytime. I've only come here late at night. Lastly, it looks like they are adding on (see photo)!

They said only on defective products but if you know how to read English, then you'd know that the way they placed their grammar is incorrect. See below. The (defective products) in parentheses is attached only to disposables! You have a period after each sentence, meaning it's complete. After recently relocating from Central Dallas to FB, I had the task of finding a new vape shop to buy liquid from. For the last year I've gone to ECA vape1 (reputable shop near downtown Dallas) and bought primarily high-grade import lines instead of house liquid. However we all know how pricy the import lines can be, and most vapers are looking for superb liquid at a superb price. This is where Center Point excels in comparison to other local shops I've visited. First and foremost, the house liquid is PHENOMENAL. I spoke to one of the owners and decided on a Crunchberry blend that he personally vapes. After loading up a tank and taking a puff, I was floored. The flavor was as close to Crunchberry as one could conceive without actually just eating the cereal itself: the exhale is sweet and fruity, milky and smooth, and with no harshness on the throat or lungs; following this is an amazing aftertaste on the tongue that both complements the initial flavor while adding depth of its own. Easily one of the best liquids I've ever had, and furthermore kind of puts the high-grade lines I usually buy to shame. It's extremely clean tasting liquid and is clearly being made at a high level. And the whopping cherry on top: the price. I grabbed a 60 ml of this godly nectar for less than $25 (a 30 ml is $13). Yes that's the same price you'd pay for a 30 ml bottle of import liquid, but for twice as much and in my opinion a product that is superior in taste and cleanliness of mix to many of these high-end brands. You should not and cannot pass this place up. The customer service is top-notch and they have happy hour deals during which you can get two 30 ml tanks of different flavors for the same price as a 60 ml of a single flavor - which again is an almost altruistic offering of less than $25. Don't wait and halt further deliberation on where to get your next bottle of juice - check out Center Point Vapes!

And his response was immediately rude for no reason saying they were not open to the public and only do wholesale pickups. I pointed out that their were 5-6 other people in the store looking around and then I was told to leave. So I did, and on my way out I stopped and took a picture of their human sized decal in the front window that can be seen from the street that says "open to public" because after how aggressive this guy was I planned to talk to the owner about this employee. But then it only got worse because the owner apparently came out the front door being very aggressive asking if there's a problem and saying we could "handle it" he was being very threatening and completely un professional. After he confirmed he was the owner I had zero interest in even continuing the conversation because it was very obvious he didn't want my business but it all just really caught me off guard I've never been treated this way at all and by a business at that! Admittedly, nearly a year ago, I didn't see this place surviving the rampant competition in the…read morearea. Now, they have survived and there is good reason for it. What was a little start up shop is now a full fledged operation. They keep building new brands and keeping inventory behind it. The service, knowledge, and helpful staff is bar none for the area (or any shop I have been in within Dallas). Do they have the occasional "chink in the armor"? Yes. No retailer is perfect. But this is by far my go to shop. The manager is super helpful and informative, as is the staff. I can't tell you how many times a mod has broken or I have run out of juice and come to this place in desperation. They consistently exceed my expectations. They have new premium juices and tanks sooner than anyone in the area and they know that they're talking about. They don't demean you for being new and they are always looking to teach you new things or find that perfect juice for you. They have raffles and get togethers, none of which I have attended but I hope to in the future and I appreciate their effort. Recently I bought a Cleito tank from them (barely any shops in Dallas sold them at this time). The glass is GLASS (not Pyrex) and super thin. For the first time in my vapor life I found myself breaking the glass to my tank repeatedly (I've had nautilus, Atlantis, etc. and never had broken glass/tank. Seriously this thing will barely tip over on a coffee table and shatter. I called all around Dallas looking for replacement glass to prevent buying a new setup. No one had them; the product was too new. This place didn't either, but after I told them my experience they sought out and ordered new glass replacements. They're always on top of what's next in the industry and really informative and cool. You don't see some 18 year old behind the counter that's been vaping for 2 months and thinks they know everything. These people are down to earth and will teach you everything you need to know if you're a noob. The other shops in the area/city just don't come close, and believe me, I've tried nearly all of them. Did I mention they have a water cooler??? Nice touch after testing multiple drying flavors!
