Taylor kept up a friendly chat with me and even gave me some advice on how to clean my glass pieces since i had asked, ended up going with grunge off and now i'll never use anything else to clean my bongs again. Also, aside from pricing, their customer service is out the roof, every time i've come into this store (been coming on and off for about 5 years) i've never ONCE had any sort of complaint ever, theyre always stocked up, have the baddest pieces, even if you aren't coming to buy- coming to look at the glass art itself would be worth it. 10/10 for everything, if i want to commit to spending my hard earned money i will always come here.

Got upset with me after selling a faulty product to me. I didn't leave the store and yet he told me I was stealing fr him trying to get a free vape. I asked him to check his cameras because I did no such thing. He told me he wouldn't and that the manager would be in the next day. He wouldn't refund it and he wouldn't give me a product that actually worked. I asked for the manager again he wouldn't contact them until I explained that I would be informing the police that they stole my money and wouldn't give me the working product. At that point after I said that several times he called the manager and the manager said to take a picture of my ID so that if I was stealing he can report me to the police. He then had him swap out the vape for one that worked. The cashier once again told me that he knew I was being dishonest and that the police would be investigating me further. Then he swapped the vape. I have been a patron of this establishment before and I never would have expected to be treated this way. I know that as someone with autism I may not always understand what is going on but I am not the kind of person who would ever steal anything and the fact I was accused of that at all much less in front of other customers is beyond mind boggling and not okay to me. I will never be shopping here again and I recommend no one else does. I had bought multiple vapes today and when the one didn't work, now suddenly I'm a thief. They do not disclose what items aren't returnable until your back and their store an hour later trying to return. This one sales associate told me he'd personally tried the product, I was interested in buying 6 to 7 times stating that it worked each and every time. Nowhere in that store did I see a no refund or no exchange sign or policy even if that's only for select group of products they sell them at store. I had bought, this detox product only an hour earlier before I went home and read some troubling reviews. The two sales associates laughed as I attempted to return or exchange the product I had bought earlier. This detox product was also on the expensive side being over $50. The fact that there is zero signage on or near the product display stating the product is unfundable is preposterous. After the experience I had, I would not recommend buying anything in this store. Would caution you from even entering such an establishment as the sales associates who work there will say just about anything in order to make a sale, whether it's untrue or simply a bull face sly to hit their sales goal for that day. If this store is your last resort and you do enter. I highly highly recommend you use caution, especially in regards to any of the bs nonsense that comes out of anyone who works there's mouth.
