This place was amazing. I went into get a bong for my time in Dallas.. I was surprised to see that this place is much more than just bongs. I ended up leaving with a bag full of goodies. They had everything from frisbee golf to spray paint. The mushroom spores have been put in the freezer and kept for years, and they do not date the stock or have any idea how old they are. Walked in wanting to purchase some hookah shisha. Hookah selection wasn't the best but decent. The reason for the 1 star is the service. There is a paper by the shisha with prices. The 250g starbuzz was listed for 28. When I purchased the shisha, I was not told the price by the gentleman with the face tattoos. He goes get his boss who starts to check and says well "I don't know where you got that price, the large is always 32." Adding to that I asked to just return it seeing I haven't left the store. I was looking for a "head shop" and I came across Puff N Stuff. As soon as you walk in you're kind of surprised at the size of the place. It looks small outside but very spacious once you get inside. It has a nice layout. As other people said they sell different items such as beer, sex novelty items, clothing, and smoking products. I was sort of amazed at the selection of smoking paraphernalia. If you're looking for something then chances are they have it. Everything from your basic metal pipe all the way up to huge water pipes and vaps. The staff was really, really friendly and have no shortage of advice to help you make your decision. I was very happy with my shopping experience at Puff n Stuff and would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new smoke shop. Anyway, biggest best selection in Dallas. Super-cheap prices. I'm living in Austin now, and still can't find a smoke shop that can touch this place. You'd think Austin would have Dallas beat on something like that, but not while Puff N Stuff still stands. I make it a point to visit and buy something every time I'm in Dallas. Basically, a trip to Puff N Stuff is a really fun experience! After browsing around for a few minutes my friend and I were promptly asked by employees if we needed help and they we're both incredibly knowledgeable about what they had in stock and were incredibly helpful in helping my friend and I pick out something new for ourselves. I came in here an hr before closing one night and was immediately told they would be closing up soon -.- they asked what I had needed and I told them I was looking for a new water pipe. Told them I had about $350 to spend so they took recommended me some good class; ended up choosing a cool one for about $125. One worker Spencer was such in a hurry to get me out of there that he wrapped up my water pipe so fast I didn't even see him do it! When I got home (10 min drive) the piece was already broken!! I went up there the next afternoon to speak with the manger and he was not in so I had to come back the following day. Finally got to speak with a "Manager" this curly haired tall white guy; only to be told that there is nothing that could be done. The piece was clearly never used as it was broken and still tapped and wrapped in the original bubble wrap! I even asked for store credit and he said No. I then asked to speak to the owner and he said no that he will not be calling her because "I already know what she's going to say". The least he could have done is at least tried since I made the effort to come back twice! I have been going to that puff and stuff for nearly 10 years! Fucking TRASH! I bought a pen for my wax this past Saturday. I put it on the charger for about 20-30 minutes. The pen only shows light when it's charging. But after that, you've got a useless $15 pen in your hands. Now this place doesn't do exchanges because they need their money. POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE. What a terrible mistake I made going here! Absolutely zero customer service! I bought two pipes that after tax cost $41.11 and ended up getting charged $49.28. The kid that rang me up verbally told me he was going to charge me $41 and asked if I wanted a receipt, I told him yes and all he gave me was a credit card slip that had my total (which I made the mistake of putting it into my wallet without looking at, and later found out from an employee he was supposed to give me an itemized receipt too, hmmm I wonder why he didn't?). After looking at my bank account the next day and realizing I had been over charged I called immediately. The girl that answered the phone was was rude and clueless about what to do and told me to call Chris at the Dallas location ( I had made my purchase at The Colony location.) I told her that I was on my way to work and would call him tomorrow and her response was "No sweat off my back, if you wait you might not get your money back". She really didn't seem to care that it was their fault and not mine that I had been over charged. So I called Chris and he was nice but had no idea what was going on and said he would call them then give me a call back. Well, I never got a call back so I called him back the next day and he said "they should have refunded it" I told him it hadn't been and he said he would have to call them again. After he called them he called me back and tells me that I have to go back into the store for them to do a refund. I went into the store the next day and although the girl that helped me was very polite she had no idea how to do a refund because she had never been trained on it, apparently they DONT do refunds. Well it's not like I was returning anything I just wanted the money that I had been over charged. I waited for 45 minutes for the girl to try to figure out how to do a refund. She suggested several times that I take an in store credit but honestly I didn't want to spend any more money at a business that has caused me such irritation. After about 45 minutes she gives up and tells me that they will call me and do it over the phone. That was about a week ago and I still haven't heard from them. I finally called my bank today and they refunded the $8.17 in 5 minutes. And to top it all off, the two pieces that I bought suck. One was a bubbler and the downstem isn't even long enough to reach the water unless you fill it up so much that it over flows and the hand pipe that I bought had loose shards of glass in it. Terrible products. Bought a cbd cartridge for my pen i brought up their to make sure it worked. After returning home, the cartridge fell apart apart immediately and leaked all over my floor.
