First time entering this shop was my last. There was only one staff member when I entered the shop, and only one other customer. Staff member did not even greet or offer assistance. The testing automizers to sample the ejuice with, contained possibly old juice filled with residue and what seemed to be moldy like. read more

Cool shop and so far the cheapest prices on e-juice I've come across. They make their e-juice in-shop so you can customize the PG/VG, Nicotine levels, and flavor by asking to add more flavor if you want. It's the only shop I've been to so far that sells all their e-juice in glass dropper bottles which I think is pretty cool; something different. Cons: And this goes for every vape shop I've ever been to is how they let you taste their juices. They hand you a little ego and all their juices are in clearomizers along the walls. You can't really get a good hit with that setup so it's hard to really know what the juice tastes like. I wish all vape shops had RBAs along the walls and handed you a vv/vw mod to taste the juice. BEWARE...my wife went to this shop to ask some questions about her coil in her dripper because I was out of town and unable to help her, she's a vape novice. When she entered the store she wasn't greeted with a "hello" or " what can I help you with" but instead got a heavy sigh and annoyed look from the guy behind the counter like because my wife interrupted his obviously busy day...BTW...there were no other customers in the store. She had a lot of questions because she still new to vaping and was considering an upgrade but was told that her current set up was garbage basically and that a dripper would ABSOLUTELY not work on her current mod (this is untrue BTW it was a Sapor dripper on a 30W istick that can subohm which works fine if you build it right...which I had previously done). All she really needed was a new coil and wicking because the coil was old and needed to be replaced. Again, she was considering an upgrade but since he was so rude, condescending and made her feel stupid when she asked questions she just decided to see if he would build a dual coil for her and wick it and just get the hell out of that place ASAP(he even called her stupid at one point...WOW are you kidding me!...when I found out about him saying that my wife asked that I not go bash this guy in the face like I wanted to). Begrudgingly the guy said he'd build her a coil setup but would NOT wick it...really?! She also found out that the guy didn't smoke and rarely vapes so my question is....why do you work here dude? Anyway, he built her coils and charged her $5 bucks for it...and it STILL didn't work! When I got home from my trip I looked at the coils he built and it looked like a 5th grader decided he have a go at building a vape setup...it was ridiculously bad and didn't have the same number of turns on each coil which means it won't heat evenly and is not a safe build. Not only that, he didn't tighten the Allen screws tight which could have caused a short and possibly injured my wife or at the very least damaged her set up. This guy has NO business building coils or working in a vape shop for that matter. People rely on the store associates to educate them because the store employee SHOULD be the expert...this is obviously not the case at this store. I'm no expert myself nor am I trying to act as if I am but people like Brandon (I think that was his name...if not I'm sorry Brandon) are part of the problem with vaping getting bad press due to exploding devices. If something is beyond your scope of practice then please have the decency to tell someone that you don't know how or can't do it. Typically very good service on my prior two trips but had a very bad experience when purchasing a new battery unit. Some how they gave us a used battery unit from the display case we went back immediately to correct what we presumed to be an honest mistake. Instead we were met with attitude and horrible service. Questions like "How do I know you bought that here" "We never sell used equipment from the case". I felt really bad for the poor kid that had sold the battery. He was very nice but the woman we worked with, think it was the owners wife, was ridiculous. Too bad, I liked the hand mixed solution they made but I'll never go back. read more
