I know from personal experience that sometimes those vapes can mess up randomly. The guy that worked there handled himself professionally and patiently and even offered him a discount on another vape. Edgar just got mad and threw his vape into the trash after they could refund him or give him a free one. Props to the employee that was there that day.

Most recently, it seems that one of my vapes was already opened and switched with an older product. The packaging label indicated a recent batch date, but the product was dark in color with a red tinge and was thicker than normal. I even reached out to 3chi asking why my vape looked funny and they explained that's what old product will look like. As convenient as this place is for me, I'd rather spend $5 more and order directly from 3chi. Proby a great shop for a sealed product, but I've had too many issues with my 3chi cartridges I buy from here. Whereas when I order directly from 3chi, I never have an issue.
