Soon as I arrive we were seated and was enjoying my friends's birthday party within the next 20 minutes. I stood up and touch my pants and realized I had a pile of gum on the back of my new pants. I was so upset this was my first time wearing these new pants and now something so disgusting happened. I asked the waitress instead of bringing me my bill to takeoff $25 due to my pants being ruined. She told me she had to go speak to her manager. She kept coming back asking for my money and I kept telling her let me speak to your manager so she later came back and stated my manager stated I can only give you ice. I told her that is unacceptable. I am not about to sit here after I've been drinking and enjoying myself to ice my back of my pants and I can't do anything other than that. The manager came out, stated he did not do that put the gum there.(Which he had a very poor disregarding attitude) I explain to him I never said that you deliberately put the gum there.
